I stayed here for 3 nights in room 714 on 14, 15 and 16 May 2014.
The room was pre-booked and pre-paid via Kenes Tours.
Room is clean and slightly dated.
Bathroom is clean.
On second night found a used and clearly soiled hand towel instead of a fresh one.
Dinner and breakfast was quite good, variety and quality-wise.
WiFi needed some fiddling to connect.
Quite slow in the room but OK in the lobby.
Everything went quite well until the last day.
At breakfast was suddenly informed by the waiter after being seated that breakfast had to be paid for.
This was certainly a surprise as over the 2 previous days, breakfast AND dinner was included in the room charge.
Rather than arguing how this should not have happened, I just paid the charges.
I later claimed the charges back from my tour agent (not very cheerfully) in Singapore.
I do not know if they sorted out the problem with Kenes or the hotel.More
