We stayed in a double room, little but refurbished, clean with cute decoration and air conditioning. The bathroom with shower was new as well. It was an inner room so it was quiet at night.
The receptionist was kind and helpful.
The location is perfect, in Tel Aviv downtown, within walking distance to Gordon Beach (5 minutes) in a commercial area, next to several coffees and bars to go out at night. Lively neighbourhood. There's also a quite useful 24/7-supermarket next to the hotel.
The only thing I missed was free wi-fi.
Excellent for a 2* accommodation.

We were looking for a well price hotel/Residence and got what we paid for. This place was located well on the main street of Dizengoff. The entrance was really hard to find but once found, the receptionist was nice and accommodating (Entrance is beside the jewellery store iSpirel). We were lucky to get room 31, which was very modern and up to date. Bathroom was clean and well kept, bed was comfortable and TV worked very well although there were only a hand full of english channels, which didn't bother us since we didn't stay in the room very long. There was a convenient rental bike station about 100 feet from the Residence which was great. Access at night was easy as long as you had your pin number to reenter. There wasn't much of a view, although we had a balcony. However we weren't paying for the view just needed a room for the night as there was too much to see in Tel Aviv. Please remember Residences are NOT hotels. If you stay at one take it for what it is. I would recommend this residence to my friends that enjoy exploring like i do and not sitting in their rooms.

Room Tip: Ask for room 31 unless they've updated all their rooms to the same standard as 31.

For 1 night and for the price, I'm glad I booked here. You can't beat the location, bars, coffee shops, galleries everywhere. Short walk to the beach.

The downside is people seldom man the front desk. It took us forever to check in, you have to call a number and someone will come over to give you the keys and whatever that needs to be done. This being said, booking here if you get to the city late at night is not advisable.

I stayed here for two nights, largely because the better-known hotels on the beach were booked up. The hotel was private, quiet, and clean. I felt safe. There's not a fancy breakfast buffet or a concierge, but the price was well under $100 per night! This hotel is near a number of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops, and art galleries on Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda. For a traveler on a budget, it's ideal.

Room Tip: Rooms away from Dizengoff street will be quieter than ones right on the street.

I booked this place through Expedia, after reading some feedback which was a good thing, because there was a misunderstanding over the price with the guy (Yuri) on the reception. After emailing a lady called Leslie (I believe her to be the proprietor) and Expedia, the issue was resolved and I enjoyed my stay very much. Leslie was extremely friendly and helpful and I wish her and her partner all the best for the future. Their refurbished and air conditioned studio room is spacious and in a good shape. You get the fridge, microwave and kettle if you wish to cater for yourself and 24 hour shop is just round the corner. If you prefer eating out, there are plenty of restaurants around. All the attractions are within walking distance including the beach. The street is noisy, but you'd expect that if you want to be close to the bars and restaurants. Overall: fantastic value for money. Tip: book through a reputable agency (I highly recommend Expedia) to avoid communication problems.
