Shalom Hotel & Relax Tel Aviv - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

On our trip to Israel it was very important to us to see as much local culture as possible. This hotel, which is used extensively by Israelis certainly fits the bill. It is a quaint hotel with a great roof deck and seaside atmosphere. The hotel like most of Tel Aviv has a European feel with a touch of the Mideast.
. Little touches like a happy hour, front porch, and a fabulous breakfast made the stay very pleasant. If you like big city American hotels which are the same worldwide this is not the place for you, but if you like to feel the personality of the city you are in this hotel is a home run.

Excellent choice, close to the beach, dedicated staff, super breakfast, nice happy hour. Many restaurants around, on ben yehuda and the old tel aviv harbour. Everything is walking distance, and parking was easy at the hilton hotel.

I stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect. Amazing staff, always there to help you. The after hours were great (especially the little ravioli!!!) and the rooftop is fantastic! In between the vibrant neighborhood and closed to the beach. I will definitely come back and i highly recommend it!

Shalom Hotel has become my regular destination during my business trips in Israel. The rooms are absolutely lovely (some of them excellent) and the service nice and friendly. There is no car park but guests can use the nearby Hilton Hotel. Breakfast is rich and very nice. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: avoid the rooms facing the main road unless you don't mind some noise.

We had been touring israel and it was out last night. We like the smaller hotels that make you feel like family! Room was big with a jacuzzi, nice size bathroom. Staff are FANTASTIC! Breakfast was very good and fresh. Nice Happy Hour! Good location! When we go back, we will base here!

This was a very nice hotel in a good location in Tel Aviv. It was walking distance to the beach, although we had a full day sightseeing and did not spend time at the beach. We stayed in a superior room with our 13 year old daughter. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing. We were there on a weekend when they do not offer happy hour so I cannot comment on that. However we stayed in an Atlas Hotel in Jerusalem and the happy hours there were very nice (wine, other drinks, small sandwiches, fruit and veggies, crackers, etc. ) so they are probably similar at Shalom and Relax.
Oh.. they offer a free 10-15 minute massage on the roof top terrace at various times of the day. I did not get a chance to try this but its a nice perk.

I spent two nights at this hotel and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! Great location, just across the street from the beach and around the corner from shopping/dining. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and nicely decorated. Staff are very helpful and everything has a special touch (for example, check-in includes chocolate truffles). The included services really make the hotel shine: AMAZING breakfast, short massages, delicious happy hour, fast wifi, in-room computers, bicycles and beach bags with water and towels upon request! I would, without question, stay here again and recommend it to friends!
