Outstanding...absolutely outstanding in every way. When you enter this restaurant you have no idea what is waiting for you, as the decor is simple at best. Next to the Carmel Market in Tel Aviv, it looks like just another restaurant...but viva la difference....exquisitely prepared food...especially the KOBE BEEF, which people around us savoured slowly as they were sorry to see it end. The menu is innovative and fresh, and the chef prepares daily specialties according to what looks good in the market. Everything we have tried here (and we have been here already many times) has been simply outstanding....from a simple tomato salad, to the home baked bread with garlic, to the aubergine with lamb, to the foie gras (which is mouthwatering by the way) and of course. la piece de resistance, the Kobe steak...(but I have friends who have eaten here fish too and it was just as yummy) Try to keep place for his incredible, one of a kind desserts too....and the wine list reflects thought....a wonderful "Secret"...that is the name of the wine and it's flavor stays with you...a perfect match for a perfect meal!!!!
