Gal, Chen, Tova, Margarita and another guy from the night shift will do their best to make you fell at home.
They are great and the hotel is awesome. Brand new and very spacious and clean. We were on the second floor and it was so quiet.

Great location, great atmosphere, great team.

Thank you so much for making our trip so special.

We would comeback!

We stayed over a weekend for a romantic gateway. Although we actually live in Tel Aviv, we enjoyed every single minute of our stay and will return !
The hotel is very unique, well designed, small and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly!!!
We got a nice upgrade and loved our room that had a Nespresso machine, tea, mini bar with reasonable prices, REAL hair dryer, bath robes, flip flops, etc.
The design of the room is impeccable, someone really gave thought to all small details to make you enjoy every minute of your stay.
In the nice lobby you can enjoy coffee and cookies free of charge, all hours of the day. You can take milk to your room. Internet is also free and so are the local phone calls.
In any case, there is a supermarket just outside if you want to buy some groceries.
The breakfast was very good - at Landver Cafe - a short walking distance from the hotel.

When I think about it from a tourist perspective – if you really want to experience Tel Aviv and "feel" the city – you should stay in this hotel for sure as opposed to the big hotel chains by the beach.
The location is just perfect : Rothschild Blvd is beautiful and full of life during the day and at night. Many restaurants, boutique stores, cafes… and it is a walking distances from main attractions like Hakarmel Market, Neve Zedek and the beach. Enjoy !!!

My husband and I just spent 4 short days at this gem of a hotel. It is tiny & beautifully done. The hotel is design at its best and the staff is terrific. We loved the location, the cookies, the coffee machine and the helpful staff. The cafes nearby are great and the street is hopping. They have free bikes if you want to take advantage of the lovely bike path down the middle of Rothschild Blvd. Can't wait to return.

We stayed here in Feb 2014. Hotel is in a great location for pretty much anything you want in Israel - bus services (the bus station is quite confusing due to it's different levels and moody staff(!), but you can get to Jerusalem in about an hour), beach (10/20 minute stroll), restaurants (all along the boulevard) and old city.

Hotel staff welcoming and very helpful, one of the owners got maps and bus timetables for us and advised us on best routes, places to go, places to avoid.

Room clean and modern. Bathroom a little tired in places (small patches of mould in corners and on grouting) this is minor, I am just particularly fussy. We had a room that must become a family room as it had an adjoining door to the next room. We found that we could hear the guests in the next room occasionally, but I think that this may be because they were quite loud talkers! Again this wasn't really a problem as we were out of the hotel for the majority of the days we were there.

We only used the breakfast facilities on one day as we tried several other places (I would recommend Benedict's further down the street for AMAZING blueberry pancakes!). It is situated next door to the hotel and has seats outside looking out onto the street - fantastic for people watching! Breakfast was really good - salad, eggs, bread, honey, cheese and cooked meats, oh and the coffee was really good!

Overall I would recommend this hotel for it's fantastic location, friendly staff and yummy breakfasts!

We stayed in The Rotschild in Summer 2013 for 10 days. It is a pretty good hotel, simple and staff are friendly, helpful and there for you if you need their assistance or help.
The rooms are on a smaller size, some pretty laud, e.g. the noise from the air-conditions which are stuck on the building so you feel like its in your room; the restaurant noise as well - they tidy up after 01:00am so if you are a light sleeper this hotel is for sure not for you.

The back yard from the hotel on internet seems so nice and clean and cozy, but in a reality not at all very nice. The couches are dirty and covered in a cat piss, and the whole furniture have seen better days! They should really renew it as it looks horrible. I would personally never sit there.

The lobby is small and open, with nice books to flip through, coffee machine, wine and sparkling wine for guests. And its free! A nice little touch I loved a lot.

The lift is small, but it works and its not too slow.

The Rothschild Boulevard is just a step away. Lovely for evening strolls and people watching.

Next door a great modern restaurant Shulxan (Table) with some excellent food. If you are a meat lover try a veal steak, and if like me like a good gnocchi it is a must.

Overall a nice little hotel. Very clean!

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room, not overlooking air-conditions which are hanging outside.

We stayed here for a couple of nights last October whilst in Israel and were very happy with our choice, which was made based on Trip Advisor reviews. This funky, boutique hotel in a renovated Bauhaus building on Rothschild Boulevarde, is in a great location in the centre of Tel-Aviv, with many lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and welcoming -thank you Zavit for your recommendations!

Stayed 3 nights for work and over a weekend. Great location with cafes and beach all very nearby. Its a very small yet super friendly renovated apartment house that makes it all so very comfy and uncrushed like the big chains.

The front staff could not be any more helpful if they tried. Very engaging and nothing was a big problem. The room was delightful even if there was no view. Great facilities, nice and quiet and still big enough to sit for a few moments and just chill out. And to walk out and enjoy the life that is Sderot Rothchild… just wonderful.

Without doubt, you won't go wrong staying there unless of course you want the big multi story hotel chain
