Spectacular location overlooking the beach. Our suite faced the ocean and included a terrace, great for morning coffee, as well as a full kitchen with everything you need. We went out and bought food at the supermarket and just ate all our meals on our terrace, which more than made up for the breakfast not being included. There is also coffee in the lobby, and there are plenty of places in the neighborhood.

The room had good quality basic hotel furniture, all new and spotless. Room service is diligent, no complaints. Bed and linens were new and comfortable. Everything was very clean. I assume the smaller suites are just as good, minus the terrace and the view.

If you are renting a car to go on from Tel Aviv, there is a Budget Office on the ground floor, couldn't be easier.

We stayed here because we did not know the hotels in Tel Aviv and we were comfortable with the Best Western brand name. That turned out to be exactly right. You get everything you expect from a new Best Western suite hotel in the US at a price that is very reasonable for a hotel in Tel Aviv. A very safe choice.

The only con: It's on a busy street, like every other hotel in Tel Aviv, so don't plan on sleeping late if you are in the front of the building.

Room Tip: The large suites are in the front and have great views and a terrace. The smaller rooms are in the b...

The staff was excellent. El Al lost luggage and staff let me borrow a shirt. They also told me which busses to take which cut my expenses. The location is great near the beach and some great restaurants. The rooms are of good size with a sleeping area and a sitting area. The beds slept well which to me is important. The bathroom was not fancy, but the showers were nice and hot. I would go back again.

My husband and I had an almost two week stay in this hotel in March. The suites are very comfortable with a good size living room and a small kitchen area. The bedroom was adequate and the bathroom was well lit with a bathtub. The storage space for a lengthy stay was a real plus for us. The rooms are very clean and there was alway free coffee and expresso in the small but elegant lobby.
The staff was superb. They were more than helpful and took a real interest in helping us with transportation, sightseeing and restaurants.
The beach is very close and there are many restaurants on the promenade and on Ben Yeduda Street. There is also a small supermarket which was very useful in obtaining groceries, if needed.
The Regency offers great value and we felt that we had made a good choice in staying there.

That being said - There are some negatives. There is construction on both sides of the hotel. The work begins at 8 o';clock and continues, non-stop,every day but Saturday. If you want to sleep late or take a nap, this would be a distinct disadvantage. When we arrived it was quite cold and there was no heat in the rooms. We had to ask for a portable heater which was effective. We felt, however, that the heater should have been immediately provided since the temperature was in the 50's (F)

Room Tip: Try to select a room that does not have construction immediately outside of your windows. Check to s...

This was my second stay in a year and I was very impressed. Perfect location near the beach. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff are very helpful, and expresso coffee is always avaiable free in the lobby. Parking is provided free which really is great for those with cars. Although for an apartment it is a touch small, it is not such that would stop me staying again on my next visit.

this apartment hotel is not the "newest" but has plenty to offer. There is a kitchenette, living room, bedroom and some units have two bathrooms with showers. It is a great location, a 5 minute walk to Ben Yehuda Street and 10 minutes to Dizengoff. Literally, it is two minutes to the beach. There are great restaurants in the area, night life and free parking. The staff is accomodating and knowledgeable. In house restaurant for breakfast and lucnh. I don't know if it is open for dinner. fair cost for this. I have stayed here 4 or 5 times.

Room Tip: do not pay for the ocean view.

Stayed for 2 nights at end of February 2012. As we had a hire car the free parking was cool as Tel Aviv is a nightmare for parking. We had 2 large rooms, both with flat screen TV, a small kitchen and shower room. The suite gave us privacy. Staff were helpful & security conscious. It is located on block away from the beach and we comfortably walked to Old Jaffa. No complaints & would stay again.

Room Tip: Ask for a suite at the back of the building-nice & quiet
