All the staff were so pleasant and really go out if their way to help you. Location is marvellous. Reception and management treated us with kindness and professionalism.
Lovely lounge with free coffee and delicious biscuits , nice to chat to other guests.very nice cafes close by to get breakfast. Very spacious suites, far superior to anywhere else we stayed afterwards in Israel. Thank you.

I stayed here for business for 4 nights in early July 2013. Positivies: clean and well-maintained room, suite arrangement (living area, bedroom, bathroom), and microwave and fridge allowed me to buy some groceries instead of eating at restaurants every meal. Also, the airconditioning worked really well; important in Israel in July!! The location was great too: just across Hayarkon Street to several restaurants and the beach. Taxis were right across the street. And there was a grocery store just a few blocks away, and I chose to get some breakfast items there because the breakfast room in the hotel was closed for remodeling. The nearby Masada Cafe serves a great breakfast, but it was huge and I was in a hurry most days. Moshe, who runs the place, was extremely helpful. The only downside was that the suite rooms were quite small. But most of the hotel choices in Tel Aviv are reasonable price for a bad room, or high price for a property like the Sheraton. This property provides a good room without breaking the bank.

Room Tip: No pool or fitness center on the property, but an arrangement with a gym right across the street.

We stayed at the hotel when our daughter got married. We stayed for six nights and also had a further two suites for our children for two more nights. The suites are clean, comfortable and of a good size with a good kitchen for short term needs.
The staff could not be more helpful and saw to our every need. We requested room changes to facilitate different accommodation requirements and everything was done with a smile and correctly.
Because we had a lot of out of town guests the hotel allowed us to use their cocktail lounge for a welcoming party.
This is a small hotel and the General Manager and Duty Managers were accessible at all times.
We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Ten out of ten for warmth and helpfulness.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the staff were friendly and attentive. Amazing location and the fact that there was free parking was an added bonus.
It is a very clean hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

No. Not your own home but the Best Western Regency Suites in Tel Aviv. Having stayed there some years ago one would expect changes - hopefully for the better but to walk in and be greeted by both staff and the General Manager as if we were dear friends makes you feel completely at home. The G.M. Explained to us that he personally handpicks his staff both on qualifications and on their ability to interact with guests and give them a feeling of being special and cared for - and that is exactly what you get.
Now the accommodation . All suites comprise a large bedroom, lounge with double bed sofa , two large screen Tv's , audio and video equipment., a well maintained bathroom and a superbly fitted kitchenette with even a carton of milk for your first cup of tea or coffee. There is free internet throughout the hotel and private parking at no extra cost. The public lounge is comfortable with a coffee/ chocolate machine producing the best coffee I have tasted in a long time. Breakfast is continental style although it resembles the traditional Israeli Style breakfast without eggs so it is more than enough to keep you going throughout the day.
Overall I would say that the unique ambience created by the staff and management is something everyone should experience. I should add that this hotel is being renovated and upgraded to include added amenities for guests BUT the alterations are being done in such a way so as to not interfere with the guests comfort which is clearly the aim of this little Gem of a hotel.

We received the best service in this hotel from all hotels we stayed in Israel.
The gentleman at reception was extremely helpful and had very good attitude.

The room actually consist of 2 rooms, with flat tv in each room and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, other with bathtub). It was very nice to get Dead Sea minerals soap :)
Complementary, good coffee at reception and kettle & instant coffee in the room.
OK - it's not located on the beach itself, but one street behind but that's not a big deal.
What was really nice is that the hotel offers free of charge underground parking which at this location is absolutely great offer. Not to mention that there is also free internet (wasn't very fast but ok).

Now I have to say that the hotel did mistake and did not charge me with points for the stay on time and the points were used. Then without contacting me they have charged me 240USD for one night stay. I have learned it only by checking credit card statement. I have complained about it and had nice chat with Sales & Marketing Manager of the hotel. Problem was solved quickly and generously by the hotel :)
