We were booked into the Dan Panorama by our travel agent and were very pleased by the hotel, its amenities and the location. The hotel has a nice lobby and most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The concierge was extremely helpful - thanks! I visited the rooms of my colleagues and they were all uniformly nice, with views of the beach or the swimming pool or the old city of Jaffa/Yafo. The breakfast is superb! Lots of choices that include Israeli and American breakfast foods. You can also get omlettes, waffles and pancakes made right in front of you and also freshly made coffee (cappucino, espresso or latte) if you want. Lots of fresh fruit and cheeses. Good service in the dining room and also the room service was very good. I liked the small gift shop as well and bought some nice pieces of jewelry ( all made in Israel). The downside is that the minifridge is essentially a minibar/vending machine and if you want a frige to put stuff in, you have to pay extra. Also if you want internet access for more than say 30 minutes at a time, it is pretty expensive. But still, a good deal considering that Israel in general is expensive.

An odd bird of a hotel. Sleek lobby, but reception was often understaffed. Some staff were markedly friendlier than others. The room on the 13th floor was somewhat stylish, but the bathroom was older, with second rate bath products. Bed was very comfortable. Linens were crisp and white. Good views from the balcony. Nice open public spaces. Big breakfast, but it was laid out in a confusing way. Tables were not cleared in a timely manner and I had a difficult time each morning finding a clean table to sit at. However, they had the most delicious bread and pastries that I had in Tel Aviv.

Room Tip: South rooms face an abandoned plaza and a strange building. Try for a north view (odd numbers) for v...

Hotel Dan Panorama is now my favorite Tel Aviv Hotel, due in large part to the superb 18th floor staff. Merav and her team, with Ori as a highlight, were so very gracious and friendly to my wife and me. They truly made us feel at home.

As well, the bar staff at the lounge floor were equally wonderful. As a retired soldier, I very much like to talk to Israeli veterans and had a terrific time talking to the young men and women who have served in the IDF.

Bravo team, and thank you.

Those at the 18th floor executive lounge reception desk and in the lounge itself were a notable highlight during our recent stay at the Dan Panorama. Smooth check-in, extraordinary willingness to assist with any problem, and the perfect combination of both refined and friendly service made our eight nights in Tel Aviv all the more memorable an experience. The most gracious Merav, remembered from previous stays at the Dan, continued to set the standard for service excellence. Newcomer Ori similarly stood out as the outstanding member among those in the lounge itself.

Less polished staff in the breakfast restaurant on the H level and an exercise room that does not stay open 24 hours were the only notable downsides to our stay. Neither is a major issue and both could be easily remedied.

The executive rooms are luxurious and very personalized. Great welcome gift. The main reason for staying here is the lounge and service of the staff. Excellent spread of desserts, food and drinks provided throughout the day and night. Good area to gather for chat and discussion.Staff are polite and very helpful.
Only con is the condition of water kettle in the room that is not as well maintained, but is replaced when highlight to the staff and seldom use it since the lounge is available most of the time.

Room Tip: Choose rooms facing the beach. Great sunset view and view of the sea.

I go almost every months to Tel Aviv and this is my favourite hotel. The location is perfect very close to the beach and to a nice restaurant area on the back. Rooms with seaview are really silent and clean. The executive lunge personell is really nice and helpfull.
I really suggest this place.

Room Tip: Go to the executive area.

visiting the Dan Panorama nearly each month by booking Executive room I always enjoy the warm atmosphere in the Executive Lounge at 18th floor and the most attentive and friendly employees
the close neighborhood to Jaffa, Neve Tzedek and the "old railwaystation" makes this hotel most attractive for going out without a need of taxi
