Mohammed on the front desk set the tone for a fun easy stay. Ate at Bellini and North Abraxas, great recommendations, walked most places and fantastic view from the 17th floor. Thanks will definitely come back again Mohammed :-)

We stayed at the Dan Panorama, in Tel Aviv, for two nights at the start of our first visit to Israel. While the Dan Panorama is a city business-style hotel, not a romantic getaway, nor historical lodging, our experience there was nonetheless very pleasant. The rooms are generously sized and spotless. The beds are comfortable, with excellent mattresses. Don't miss breakfast, which was an almost comically large spread of smoked fish, Israeli salads, cheeses, fresh juices and breads - all fresh and of high quality. Eggs are available if desired. Staff was businesslike - not unfriendly and accommodating. I read in one Israel guide that the location is not ideal, being in South Tel Aviv. I thought the location was quite convenient, across the street from the Mediteranean (we had a great view from our room), and easily accessible to everywhere. Tel Aviv struck us as a vibrant, modern, youngish city, with a lot of development taking place. The Dan Panaroma may not be memorable, but presumably the hotel is not the point of the visit to Tel Aviv. The hotel fulfills as well as one could hope for, all the requirements of a base from which to see the city. It is not cheap, but is nonetheless, a good value. I would return to the Dan Panorama if I stayed again in Tel Aviv, and recommend it to any traveler to the city.

Excellent service, lovely hotel and staff. When we had a slight plumbing problem, they came within 20 minutes to fix the problem. The front desk call 1/2 hour later to make sure that everything was fine. The hotel is in an excellent location in Tel Aviv. We were there for 3 nights during the Passover Holiday. A real treat!

I stayed in the hotel on two separate occasions as part of a tour commencing in March and Ending in April, 2014. The hotel is in an excellent and central location. Both times the food, service, room quality were exceptional! Unfortunately, on my second stay I took ill and the hotel arranged to have a physician visit. There is nothing more frightening than getting sick in a foreign land, but the management and staff of the hotel went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and all my needs were taken care of. I was able to relax and get pampered for a full day during which I recovered enough to continue on my journey. I wish to especially thank the managers Elad and Ralph for their compassion by going above and beyond any expectations and making this hotel truly a luxury home away from home!

Room Tip: All the rooms we stayed in had a wonderful Mediterranean Sea view!

Having stayed here many times before I'm not sure what has happened, but the standard of service has declined dramatically.
Rude service in the lobby, unclean bathroom, attempts to charge us twice, rooms not being made up (even when you've left a sign on to ask for them to be made up all day), keys not working and being reset multiple times, .... I could go on.
I used to love this hotel for it's friendly staff and good service but my current stay here means I really don't want to come back and wouldn't recommend it.

Classy place! My wife and I were booked there by our tour group and we were very pleased. Great bed, very clean, except for the plastic cup under the bed, but that's no big deal.
Only complaint: the shower got water all over the bathroom. There was no shower curtain but there was a swinging glass panel that was supposed to keep water in the tub...except that it didn't. On the big plus side, they did provide wash cloths! If you have ever traveled, you know that much of Europe, and much of Israel, has no use for such. So if you like wash cloths you may want to bring a couple from home when you travel.
The breakfast buffet was great, considering it was Kosher. They will cook a custom omelet, if you ask!
They were also kind enough to loan an voltage converter to allow us to use our American hair, curler. But we had to buy one later in our trip. I recommend you bring one from home and save some money!

We stayed 5 days at the Dan Panorama hotel in Tel Aviv. The hotel was 100% booked. Surprisingly we felt as if we were the only guests. The service, the treatment and the attention we got were the greatest. We spoke to the hotel guests from England, Brazil, the USA, and of course from Israel. All of them had the same feeling.
By the way, before we made reservation we checked with friends who recommended this hotel, and mentioned to us that this hotel i well known for its largest variety of great tasty food which many times served as a buffet meal of various hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, salads, casserole dishes, meats, (or cheeses), etc, known as smorgasbord. Indeed it was like this.

Room Tip: try to get a room with the possibilty of using the business lounge
