Melody Hotel Tel Aviv - an Atlas Boutique Hotel

Very attractive and comfortable boutique hotel, between beach and cafes. Mod but impractical sink & faucet were minor irritations. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff.

This was our second stay in Tel Aviv. We have stayed at other Atlas hotels and have found the chain to be very well run. This hotel is directly across from the beach, in a very pleasant part of the city. One block east is Ben Yehuda St. and one block further is Dizengaff. There were a multitude of restaurants, cafes, etc within easy walking. For us, the best feature was free use of bicycles, which allowed us to explore this very bike friendly city. The room was slightly on the small size, but still comfortably furnished. The hotel supplied (free) beach chairs, towel and water bottles for our visits to the beach. The staff was very helpful with an understated sense of humor (Erez especially). Our only issue was a shower that leaked, but the staff tried their best to fix it and still not disrupt our visit. Great place to stay.

The hotel was in the list of hotels provided by the University of Tel Aviv, for those participating in the LAJSA (Latin American Jewish Studies Association) Congress. I selected Melody Hotel for its description in their site and for the location, being the closest to the university. My mother joined me and both of us have only words of high appraisal for the hotel management, the reception manager, and the staff. We enjoyed the high standard of cleanliness, the excellent food (breakfast and afternoon snacks twice a week) and, of course, its closeness to the university and the Port of Tel Aviv, an attraction by itself. We stayed in the hotel for 8 days. NO flaws whatsoever!

I traveled through Israel for 5 weeks and was stayed at the Melody the last night I was there and was extremely amazed at the quality of everything at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the staff was overly friendly (everyone smiled) and the location was great (a block off the beach and central to everything in Tel Aviv). This hotel offered everything a boutique hotel would offer: Complimentary wine bar and snacks in the afternoon, a beach towel, tote and water bottle on the way to the beach and staff went out of the way to accomodate my schedule (late check out!). The service I received was akin to one being at a holiday resort. I definitely plan on staying at the Melody again!

I just got back from a week holyday in Tel Aviv and warmly recommend the Melody : it has a good location close to the sea front (the roof terrace is lovely), it is very clean and nicely decorated and has a very friendly and helpful staff. We would definitively go back.

Overall this was an excellent choice. Room was clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was very good, as was afternoon snack (5 - 8 PM). Most appreciated was helpfullness of front desk staff, they helped with everything, including making phone calls for us. Hotel is about a ten minute walk from the beach and be sure to check out Benedict's restaurant, about a two minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here with our two children ages 9 and 12. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel with very helpful staff (from the front desk to the woman who helped me assemble a breakfast tray for my sleeping husband and daughter). The breakfasts are amazing, something for everyone -- delicious salads, smoked fish, nutella!! Very sweet touches, can order all kinds of packages including the movie package where you get a DVD from the front desk and the staff brings popcorn to your room. Rooms are small, clean and modern. Beautful rooftop that overlooks the Meditteranean.
