Stay was terrific due to the graciousness of Hila Ramot and Yossi Nissan who were so delightful
when I met friends in your club lounge on 17th Floor ... They were so helpful in sharing things to do and see in Tel Aviv ...

Thank you so much and be sure to say hello to them again!

We stayed a couple of years ago in the Sheraton Moria with bad rooms and bad service. When we entered the Herods hotel we had this deja vu feeling until we realized that this was the old Sheraton Moria. The rooms were still small but clean and well kept. Front desk and concierge friendly and efficient.
Our only disappointment was the closed pool and no direct way through the hotel to the beach.

We stayed in the hotel November 4-11 6 nights, the location is great on the beach,
The costumer service in the hotel, I will rate it excellent, it seem to be that all the staff trying to accomdate you to all your needs,
We had the best costumer service from Yafit, she is front desk manager on duty, she handle our request for room location, meals, and all services in overall much above our expectation, the way she handle my wife and I with smile and courtesy gave us the best stay in the Tel Aviv hotel.
The meals were great a large choice of very testy foods in reach variety.
So overall we highly recomend this hotel.

Herods in tel aviv was until 2 years ago Carlton hotel.
This old fashioned renovated "Israel in its early days of establishment " themed has a beautiful location on tel aviv's Tayelet with a fantastic view to the beaches !
The food was the best we ate in this area with a great varaity of dishes and local Israeli cuisine .
There is also a great spa called DUO . We took a couple massage for me and my gf . Good value for the quality!

The bussness floor - "tel aviv treklin" has a sea-view and light meals for business meetings and a great coffee and of course free internet!

We enjoyed a lot during our stay!

You pay 300 and get the beach but to go to it you have to smell urine. The only way to go to it is through stairs which don't belong to the hotel they will claim. If you bring someone with you, be ready to add 70 bucks to the tab. After complaining they gave me access to the business lounge and that was nice. Plus free internet.
Yosi the guy at the lounge almost chewed us up for asking if there were champagne glasses for the champagne. "can't you drink in wine glasses". We backed off politely and he felt bad and went over board with apologies and champagne in our room and chocolates and more. Wow. He did a 180 and never came back. Impressive. I recommend this hotel.
The last day there we showered with no towels. They forgot to replace them. "happens, I guess".
