“Loved Visiting this museum”
Reviewed 1 April 2012

This is a very small museum but worth going to. It only takes about an hour--maybe less. But it was great to be in the place where Israel became a country. Our guide was excellent and we really learned the details of how it happen for Israel to become the jewish state that it is. well worth a visit.

“Hear David Ben Gurion”
Reviewed 28 March 2012

Sitting in chairs around the area where history was made, you can visualize the excitement and listen to the actual voices when Israel was proclaimed a State. There are framed documents, photographs and articles in a side room. Interesting artwork on the walls.

“You feel like you were there”

Short inspiring movie followed by a visit to the Hall where it all happened. Be sure you have a tour guide to explain it all.

“Moved to tears”
Reviewed 24 March 2012

I feel that the world would be a better place if everyone in it attended and carefully considered the presentation at the Independence Hall Museum. It gave me such insight and clarity of the history and need for Israel as a Jewish State. Bring Kleenex!

“Moving”
Reviewed 19 March 2012

The visit here usually starts with a movie about the history of Tel Aviv, and then a guide talks about the history of Israel and the War of Independence. The guides are great, and they build a great background and some tension before they play the recording of the Declaration of Independence of Israel. Hearing Ben-Gurion's voice and the singing of HaTakiva is moving and amazing. I highly recommend.
