My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting friends in Tel Aviv. The Hotel has recently (in the last year I believe) been renovated and the decor is lovely. The staff were very helpful and welcoming as is the owner who was very accommodating! Our room was small but this wasn't an issue and it was good value for money - I'd rather have a well decorated smaller room than a larger less well decorated room! The bathroom was a wet room but it is so warm out there, it dries in no time and really wasn't an issue (we may have been a little put off had we known before but there's no need to be). The beach is about 5 minutes walk. We found the location perfect and would really recommend this cute little hotel!

My husband & I stayed at the Ness Ziona back in late April/ early May. Our initial plan was to stay only 3 nights, but ended up staying 6! It's a beautifully remodeled boutique hotel & was very clean! It's in a great location...very close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The staff were all very kind & helpful, but Zach the owner is the best! He went out of his way to make everything perfect for us & made sure we were very happy & had everything we needed! We felt like we were family! We would definitely recommend the Ness Ziona & we will definitely go back!

Room Tip: We stayed in two different rooms & they both had balconies. It was very nice to sit out on the balcony.

We found this hotel through booking.com and it was reasonably priced compared to others in the area. The hotel has a nice décor and is very clean.

LOCATION
The location was perfect for getting around Tel Aviv- near the beaches, good restaurants, close to larger hotel for day trip pickups, near pharmacy and close to a super market. There is easy access to local transportation-including buses and taxes. In fact we took a train and a bus from the airport to the hotel which was between 45 minutes and 1 hour.

SERVICE
The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I was having issues signing up online for a day trip and they let me use their phone to confirm the reservation. We have been trading in beach towels daily with no problems getting fresh ones.

ROOM
The rooms are perfect for sleeping. The A/C worked without problem. There is a small closet with hangers and personal fridge (like a fridge in a dorm room). There was also a desk.

BATHROOM/SHOWER
The bathroom is quite small since it’s an open shower with a toilet and sink in the same space. They provide generous amounts of shower gel and shampoo/conditioner. You need to bring your own wash cloth.

Overall no complaints, loved the location, nice décor, reasonably priced and friendly staff. I would ignore the old reviews of this place from several years back when they were going through renovations. Check it out for yourself.

this hotel really isnt special=BUT the location and the host/owner make all the difference. The rooms are small and there is no elevator-but ALL Tel Aviv is just outside your doorstep. And for a weekend break-thats what you really need afterall
