“good service but old building”

Service and breakfast was good, staff was helpful and very kind but the rooms are not that perfect. Air conditioning was making noise while it was working and i couldn't sleep well because of that. Apart from that, it was okay.

I had stayed in this hotel many times before and this time my stay was for almost two weeks starting 12th June to 25th June 2014.

At point of check-in the lady receptionist was rude and was not trained with basic hospitality and after i reached my room (#664) there is no internet which the hotel promises to offer. They even didnt try to rectify or resolve this issue.

To make my stay worst, i lost my laundry when given for cleaning. The hotel management doesn't even bother to apologize or to compensate.

Top management really needs to look into their operation as this service is not accepted from the Meridian Group.

We stayed here at the start and end of our Jordan trip and enjoyed the hotel. The room was good but not exceptional. The breakfast choice, however, was exceptional, as just about every taste is catered for. On thr last night we had a drink in the bar and didn't like the fact that some people were smoking. They try to keep smokers and non-smokers apart but the nobody tells the smoke that.

We tried the in-house lebanese restaurant where the food was good the the service unfriendly.

I lived in the hotel for a week and found that everything is amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. My room always clean and tidy, the food is very good and staff always smiling and do. Their best to. Make me happy. I liked my staying there indeed. ThaNks to management. And staff. All the best. About the breakfast, I found it very special and have lots of assortments and variety. I specially thank the restaurant staff specially Lida. Jessy and firas for their kindness and good hospitality. Keep on guys. Best. Amin Ali.

I have been travelling to Jordan quite often but last May 23-26, 2014 was my first time to stay in Le Meridien.

1.) The foyer is gigantic, clean and well-presented.

2.) Plenty of restaurants to choose from (International, Middle Eastern and Asian cuisine). They are all fantastic. La Brasserie’s breakfast has different varieties of dishes and the tastes were all divine. Benihana restaurant offered delightful Teppanyaki; it was cooked and performed in front of me by their well-experienced chef... I was hesitant to dine-in because I was alone hence their staff assured me I will not get bored and embarrassed.

3.) The swimming pool was cold though. I have to get out of the pool after 5 minutes because the water was freezing.

4.) Had spa treatment, it was good. I enjoyed the Jacuzzi and sauna.

5.) Price is reasonable for a five * hotel.

6.) The staff’s were polite and helpful in everything you need. There was a night when I requested for fresh milk in La Brasserie, there staff went to Enzo restaurant (next door resto) to provide me my request and even brought it to my room.

7.) Airport pick-up was safe and was well accommodated by Mr. Lui.

8.) There procedures for check-in and out were quick.

9.) Well secured hotel. Nothing to worry even if you are alone.

Over-all experienced was wonderful. My grateful appreciation to Lui for his patience in waiting in the airport in spite of long queue and provided me a shop to look for a simcard to contact my friends; the Filipino staff in spa, La Brasserie, on the lobby and the guy from the gift shop. I will definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Request for a deluxe room facing Shemshani, the view is excellent and it is quite room.

I love this hotel...excellent service, super friendly staff, easy check in and check out process, fantastic club lounge and great swimming pool.

Nothing is too much trouble at this hotel and the room rate is always such good value.

Great recognition for SPG platinum members.

Good airport pick up service (would recommend rather than taxi from airport)

More than hotel and the great things is to feel that you are not far away from your home, thanks for the reception team specially Mr. Ahmad he was very helpful and polite with me and with my family he know his job very well and always ready to help the guests.
