My colleagues and I had a whirlwind trip to Amman and ended up with delayed/lost luggage. The staff at Le Grand were considerate and professional, following up with the airport on our behalf, going so far as to arrange a special pick and drop once we'd confirmed our luggage. Special shout out to Anwar and his team for smoothening things for us

Very nice hotel and very good location in the center of amman close to evry thing shopping and to the malls.
Very friendly staff specialy front desk thanks to Mr Alaa and Maged from Conciwrge i will come back to this hotel

Thanks t all employees in this hotel .
It's very great day for me staying in le grand amman .the service was excellent fron Ala'a oraiba and Ali Abu ayyash from concierge dep.

Nice hotel and great place to stay in the hotel..
The lobby so much larger its beautiful the Tiffany bar inside amazing service.. The concierge helpful special Ali Abuayyash and Imad Nada they are very nice thank so to then
