We spent three nights at the hotel as part of our Jordan tour. Our room on the 3d floor was clean and quiet. The only problem was complete lack of attention for detail. For example, the toilet seat was not sized to fit the toilet and the coffee maker had a European 2-pin plug, while all the power outlets in the room were the UK 3-pin socket and was thus impossible to plug in. As many reviewers pointed out the water pressure in the shower was not too great, but acceptable for a shower.
We had breakfast and dinner 3 times at the hotel. Breakfast buffet is mediocre with limited choice of warm items. Bread and yoghurt was fine. Dinner buffet was even worse with lukewarm food that tasted close to nothing. Bread was really old and even covered with mould one evening???!!! Beer and wine prices are ridiculous - 6.5 JOD for 280 ml beer.
There is an outdoor pool, but no water in it. Seemed to have been empty for a long time.
The area around the hotel is clean and quiet, but there is nothing to see or do in the neighbourhood e.g. shops or restaurants. There is a 5 minute walk from the hotel to a pharmacy in case you need medicines.More
