A very very very cosy and nice hotel. The stuff is really helpful and know what they do. It is really a nice hotel to stya with friends; family or even "solo". I'm quite often visiting Amman in business and that's why all the time trying to stay at this hotel. Do love it.

Room Tip: all the rooms are in quite good location.

We had a wonderful stay at the Larsa hotel.
The hotel itself is wonderful and if you're with a car (just like us) it is located convenient in the outskirts of the city, so you don't have to drive by yourself in downtown Amman.
The staff is very helpful and they can arrange a taxi for you to downtowm Amman for 5 Dinar (so you won't be paying too much for this).
The hotel is located just one block from road 35, which is the road to Jerash and the other sites in northern Jordan as well as to the Kings highway and Dead sea.

The rooms are clean and the bathroom is capacious, only the shower itself is small.
The breakfast and dinner are very good and there is plenty of choice. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet, but if you want, you can also eat a la carte.

This hotel was booked by our tour. We found the staff friendly and the amenities fine. It is by no means a luxury hotel, but the rooms were clean and adequate, and the breakfast above average.

The air conditioning did not work in our room, but, in fairness to the hotel, we did not call it to their attention. If you are just looking for a place for the night in Amman, this hotel was fine.

Only two nights I stayed here and it was a pleasure: large room and bathroom. All very clean. And, as it should be, wifi in the room; free and working well. Breakfast with lots of choice and good coffee. One of my fellow travelers missed his suitcase, which was left at the entrance. They took it with a taxi to our next destination. He had to pay for the taxi ride, but it was the door man's fault.
Always make sure your luggage is traveling with you;-)

After reading other reviews we felt we would treat ourselves for the last night in Jordan at this hotel.

We arrived and checked in with no problems, we then return to reception to ask for directions to the bus station, staff particularly unhelpful. So after some time we decided to pay for their taxi driver to take us where we wanted to go and while we waited we went to the cafe to get some food.

The member of staff ignored us, we waited over 5 minutes to get a menu while repeatedly making eye contact. We placed an order, 2/4 things were unavailable so we ordered 2 garlic breads and two drinks. One drink arrived, waited another 10 for the second, a can of coke!! Another 10/15 minutes passed before we received our food, highly disappointed and quite honestly shocked by what we were served. We each got 3 pieces of burnt on one side and soft on the other bread, some melted cheese on top with lumps of raw garlic. Not quite what we expected!
Breakfast had a great selection and I was pleasantly surprised after our previous experience.
Can not fault the driver, lovely man and excellent service that afternoon.
We booked a second taxi for the morning to the airport, this turned up 15 minutes late, which on other occasions would be no problem but on an airport run at rush hour we wanted the extra time to ensure arrival on time!
The room we had was very nicely decorated, however the air conditioning was temperamental, blowing hot and cold and then being fine for 2 hours, at midnight boiling hot air! Not what is needed in a relatively hot place!

Overall very let down by what we thought would be a fantastic end to our holiday.

I stayed here with a group of friends recently for two nights and shared a room with one co-traveller. This hotel is really first class in terms of service and quality. The rooms are more like you would find in a 4* hotel and we had a really big bathroom - shower was excellent. The swimming pool looked fantastic, but we had a busy schedule and didn't get to visit unfortunately. Drinks at the hotel are REALLY expensive - a lager will cost you about 7JD (about £7), and a glass of wine the same. Even a bottle of water is really expensive, but there is a grocery store a couple of minutes walk down the street where you can buy water and fizzy drinks (not alcohol).
