I have reserved at this hotel two weeks ahead of my arrival date as non refundable fare through Booking.com for two nights . I informed the hotel that I will be late. I came to the hotel tired,I found that they cancelled my reservation and deduct the money. They refuse to let me in . I called Booking.com many time to solve the problem and each time the customer service of Booking.com telling me that they called the hotel manager Mr.Mohammed mughari and he promised to let me in .I go to the reception staff Mr. Awad Harbi and Mr. Hamza ,They ignored me ,they said you do not have any reservation and said " let the person who promised you a room(their manager) to let you in". I waited in the lobby for ten hours without a result,The customer services of Booking.com recommended me that I move to another hotel to relax after long waiting in lobby and that they will investigate the situation to return my money. Don not ask for fatiqe that from reception staff.

Room Tip: Unorganized staff

The hotel offers an excellent value for money opportunity to perform Umrah. The hotel is clearly directed at Iranian travellers in the main. However all nationalities seem welcome. The manager spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is basic but excellent value for money with good size rooms, safe deposit box, good bathroom and in normal in room facilities. The rooms were clean and I was perfectly satisfied. The hotel itself is basic but clean and welcoming. For a traveller who needs a base and will not spend much time in the hotel this is a superb option. Taxis take 10 minutes to Mecca and cost 10-20 SAR (cheap). So the location is not an issue and you will save a packet. I was well looked after and the hotel arranged my taxi to the airport for 200 SAR which was reasonable. A hotel operates a frequent bus and the local free bus stops outside the hotel. I would be happy to return on my next trip. This is not a luxury hotel but is excellent value for money for a short stay just looking for a base to shower and store luggage and sleep. Or for someone on a budget. I was well looked after and would happily stay again. Tip - make sure you have a map for the taxi from Jeddah and ask for a hotel card with the map on the rear for local taxis between the hotel and mecca.

I struggle to find anything positive to say about this hotel. It's a budget price hotel for a reason due the location and the standard. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Makkah and learned that any 4 stars are more 2-3 star hotels.
The blankets used in beds are poor, the wifi connection is poor, the shuttle service coming back from the Haram is unreliable. On 2 occasions, we waited for the bus for 30 minutes (15 minutes before and 15 after the Scheduled time) and it didn't arrive. Breakfast for guest who not part of a group are served for 30 minute slot between 7:30-8:00pm. I also struggled to communicate in English to all the front of house.

Hotel is far from Haram , You need a Taxi every time you go to Haram . There are Shuttle Buses but always full and bad timings .
Hotel reception is Smelly ,Room is Clean but Bathroom is Very smelly
they are nice at reception , and if you need a baby bed or a towel they cooperate immediately
If you are travelling as group of men , it is a good choice . But if you are travelling with women and kids , I don't recommend it at all
Hotel is always full of Iranian Groups , they are very aggressive .
Hotel price is very good and if you aren't from Iran there is a special breakfast buffet with oriental breakfast and it is good

Room Tip: Always Choose the first Floor and check the bathroom smell . if you find a smell in bathrooms it w...

We stayed in this month for 2 nights during the holy month of Ramdan. The location is brilliant due to the fact that you have an easy 24-hour access to Al-Haram thru the 2-riyals transportation thru exclusive road thru the tunnel.
This was very helpful specially that Ramdan and Hajj are high seasons and going to and returning from Al-haram is very difficult due to the fact that 100's of thousands move together in the same time and need transportation. Actually, the brilliance of the location is seasonal as this exclusive service -offered by the ministry of transportation - is seasonal.
All this is added to the fact that we were met by VERY friendly staff in the hotel. Mr. Mohamed Moghazy, the front desk manager was very helpful, Mr. Sulaiman the front desk receptionist was also very helpful with regards to offering to help. Those guys were always smiling and were also generous in this generous month. Actually, once we were offered very nice cup of tea with mentha :)>

Thanks to Mr. Moghazy and his staff and even the bell man for their nice smiles and their cont. efforts to help.

Definitely will stay again in the holy month of Ramdan in this hotel.

Forgot to mention that the price was very reasonable compared to the high season of Ramdan,

Room Tip: Choose the high floor rooms. They are cleaner and not outdated like the below ones.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in the last ten days of Ramadan for Omra trip. The hotel is not more than four stars hotel. The room furniture is new and the bathroom is clean. The sahour buffet is average. It's 3 km far from Al Haram. I recommend it for fast Omra.
