My husband and i stayed in this hotel for our umrah visit in april.
Its a very good hotel if on a budget like we were. Hotel offers free shuttles to and from haram regularly. If you pay the room attendant 10 riyals they will look after you and clean your room, otherwise don't expect room service. I would definitely return as the price is brilliant and so is location.

We stayed at this hotel from 13th of April till 20th of April. there were 7 of us in a group we stayed in room no 701 and 702.

Check - in went smooth no problem. rooms are very clean and spacious everything is to a good standard, toilets are very clean. kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar is provided which is great.

Reception staff are excellent, very helpful always willing to help, cleaning staff are ok, the only problem is that its they policy to clean the room only if your present in the room so if you’re always out then?

Wi-Fi is great throughout the hotel.

Breakfast needs improving its very repetitive same old omelette every day, no fruit or yogurt no cold milk either.

The distance to haram is good 10- 15 drive depending on the traffic conditions , it’s about 20min walk but not pleasant walk due to all the construction work. My mum has a knee arthritis so that’s not even an option for her. for you to make it for Salah you have to leave good 30-45 min before Adhan. As the hotel buses gets very busy nearer to time.
same story when you want to come back after each Salah, I mean the buses are waiting for you but it’s very busy and very dangerous. no health and safety, my feet got trapped in the bus door due to bus being very busy and the doors open and close without any warning drivers and conductors don’t check to see if it’s clear. Best to sit in the haram for an hour after each Salah before you attempt getting on the bus they normally empty by then.
All in all a very good hotel very helpful staff, they only problem is the distance to haram, they can maybe increase the buses to improve customers experience

Location far from Haram almost impossible to walk because of elevation and lots of construction work around. Hotel very clean housekeeping very good lots of shops around. Wifi , AC , Fridge , Tea maker everything was good.

My only problem is Shuttle service, needs improvement they have only 2 big busses which are not sufficient. Over all ok but not suitable for elderly an family with small kids

The rooms are spacious, recently renovated with AC, free wifi, a fridge, tea maker, 2 cups, 2 bottles of water, some sugar, tea and coffee bags. The bed is comfortable and clean. There are free toiletries. The hotel is 1km far from Haram and provides a shuttle bus half an hour before prayer's time. You can walk to the Haram if you like (not far ) but it's not advisable for the elderly as it is in a hilly area and there is construction on the way to the Haram making the walking a bit difficult. Another decent alternative is to take a taxi for 15-20SAR to the Haram. There are souvenir shops around the hotel and 2 small grocery shops at the corner. As a whole it is a nice hotel with a reasonable price.

The hotel according to the price is great , the room i stayed in was nice cozy , very clean , i didn't want anymore than this , the distance wasn't far from el haram almost 10 min walk , the one thing that there is a hill to climb , not alot but somehow i don't find it something bad , i didn't mind it , i still do say the distance is close , there are buses that go to the Haram , just be down before the prayer by 20 min you will find the bus

what wasn't clear for me the return of the buses when do they leave from the haram , but didn't mind it really as again the distance was nice , there were alot of shops beside the hotel so that was a plus , so if i needed anything go down buy it , put back in the hotel room , go down for the bus again , just perfect really

Its a good hotel with good facilities. The room was spacious and nice. Though the hotel is quite far away from Harem (due to construction en-route, you can not walk to Harem) but the free shuttle service was very good and bus was available all the time. The free pick and drop service was available from hotel to Bab-ul-Umrah and back to hotel after every 30 minutes which is very good service. It is a good value for money.

When I checked in the hotel I paid the whole room rent in cash. When I came back to my country, I saw they have charged my credit card for 100 SAR. I have emailed them for the last 20 days to refund the 100 SAR charged extra, but there is no response from the hotel.

Room Tip: If you have booked through your credit card, you must see your credit card statement before paying a...

The breakfast was poor, with no fruits, paper cups is used for juice . The hotel is 20 minutes walking from the Masjed Haram; during this walk we need the road gets up and down a mountain, so it will be difficult for elderly people; but i realized that their is a bus from the hotel to the Masjed when I was leaving; but its schedule was unclear.
The staff were helpful and the Hotel is a good value for money
