Location is very near to Al-Haram, room was very clean and tidy, breakfast was excellent regarding quality and variety, the staff were very friendly and polite, and the price was very acceptable for quality. I highly recommend it for those planning umrah.

It's a 100-150 meters from Masjid el Haram. Need to be considered if you bring elder people due to the location, especially when you need to catch up for regular prays. But the ambience as an international hotel will bring you a comfy feeling, as you need a quality sleep for re-charging your energy and spirit for daily tough activities.

I liked very much my stay in this hotel. The best I had till now. The hotel is very close to the haram which helped me because I had my 6 and 3 years old kids with me. The room was clean, spacious and very confortable. The breakfast also excellent and freshly prepared. The price was reasonable considering the position of the hotel only few meters to the haram. I really recommend this hotel for people looking for
a good stay at reasonable price. *****

Stay three times at this Le Meridien Makkah, it is always the location as one of the reason to choose. Very near Masjidil Harom, a few minutes walk. And it is a starwood hotel, a service guarantee.
The hotel is already classic, but very well maintain. Always get a corner room which is bigger than the regular room.

Breakfast is located in the top floor, same level as Prayer Room.
Azan and Iman Prayer is connected to Masjidil Harom sound system.

It is always a lovely stay in this hotel, some thing that we always expect from Le Meridien.

Be back soon Insya Allah.

The hotel price is the most motive for me to stay there. The receptionist recognized my SPG status very well and provided upgrades and complimentary breakfast, dinner and internet. Staff was very kind and helpful. Location is good and very accessible. I did not have a problem reaching it from Jeddah and getting a taxi to leave at check out.

Furniture is old and definitely needs renovation. The restaurant needs make over, a minimum variety of selections. Also increasing staff. And the cooking stand is in bad location with no proper ventilation, to the extend that you need to change your clothes after your breakfast because of the smell.

I have been recently in Le Meridien ,Makka. Location regarding accessibility to Haram on foot is perfect. Just few steps. on many occasions if you are late for prayer, you might be obliged to pray at front of the hotel. Reception and lobby are simple. An adequate number of lifts are readily available and going up or down on time is not a problem as other Makka hotel. Rooms are very small. Windows were overlooking narrow corridor between buildings. The fridge was not functioning, after several reports it was replaced by another non functioning fridge. There were inadequate cups; only one glass cup usually used for brushes in toilet. Bring your own tooth paste and brushes, only shampoo and soap are supplied. Internet and WiFi are free; strongest in the lobby but you can get a signal upstairs enough for simple browsing but not multimedia or telephone communication. There was an invitation to enjoy either 2 espresso or one capaccino in the lobby. The nearby car park cost SR 25/hour.
