The Hilton Makkah is a perfect location if planning to go for Umraah. The Hotel is on the outskirts of the Haram and safe and has a private entrance for guests. Security is always there. Staff are vigilant and helpful and quick. Highly recommend.

We decided to give Hilton hotel another chance this year, I have to say the hotel exceeded our expectations, they upgraded us to haramain view, gave us complementary coffee and teas. The hotel was in regular contact to see if there was anything we need.

Excellent restaurants. The food was fresh, flavourful, and inventive.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and the housekeeping was brilliant.

Hotel is literally two minute walk from the haramain. Alhamdulilah.

Thank you everyone at Hilton hotel Makkah for a holiday to remember! I shall look forward to seeing you on our next umrah and for many umrahs to come in sha Allah.

Lastly, a special thank you to Mr Tariq Deen for making our stay a wonderful experience.

Before I compliment this hotel, i would like to point out that, the beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were a bit on the small side. On the other hand, this hotel is beautifully crafted and I would recommend trying 'Lagenda Restaurant', it's renovated, and has a very good selection of food, this is located on the 5th floor. Also, the staff are very helpful and polite, as always. Finally, this hotel is probably the closest to the Masjid and can be accessed through the shopping centre.

1. Staff were very rude and not polite, did not care about guests. 2. Reservation was a nightmare. 3. Food quality is very poor and not acceptable. 4. I talked to manager and no one did anything. But apologize. This is my 2nd bad experience with this specific hotel and with Hilton, I decided to try Marriott hotels in the same trip to Riyadh, KSA and I stayed there for 5 days. My stay with the Marriott courtyard was the best experience I had and I decided to switch to Marriott as my 1st choice of hotels and avoid Hilton brands as much as I can since the quality has been going down very quickly.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Makkah Hilton. Everything about the property is just perfect. Proximity to the grand mosque is also great. Staff provided friendly and extra efficient service. Everyone from Nasser at the concierge to Ahmed Zulkify in reservations who certainly took great care of us and paid careful consideration to the fact that I had been traveling with my elderly parents. Cannot wait to return!
