My colleague and I stayed in this hotel in September 2011. We paid 600 riyals for 2 days which is about 80 $ a night. I know it's a fair price but the hotel was really disappointing. The room I stayed was quite small and there were only two extremely small windows (I think it is about the culture of the country) which made it look more like a cell than a room. The air conditioner was too noisy. The television in the room was very old and there were only a few channels for people who do not understand Arabic. There was no wireless internet service and the only computer which provides free internet access to the guests in the lobby was ancient. The weather in Riyadh was extremely hot and the hotel did not provide enough air conditioning in general areas like lobby or restaurant. Talking about restaurants, the breakfast was included but there were not many choices in it. In general, this is a cheap but a bad hotel in my opinion.
