“Tallest tower in Riyadh”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

We live pretty adjacent to the tower. Yet After all these years, we nevertheless fancy viewing Kingdom tower. It is attractive to view from outward and really good-looking from the interior. The shopping area and food court are excellent. The individual restaurants are pricey. The prices from the shopping outlets are alike wherever.

“Great view”

A chance to make sense of the city - notwithstanding the sandstorms that had happened over the previous few days.

“Nice city view, take care of the opening hours”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

The highest building in Riyadh has somewhat a shape of a slingshot with a bridge on top of it. This bridge is opened for tourists, the price is 35 rial per person. It lights and constantly changes colour in the night, making it a very visible landmark of the city.
To get to the top, one uses two elevators (one to floor 74, I guess, and the other one beyond that point). On top of the tower one can have a view on the large roads beneath the tower. In the evening all the roads and buildings are illuminated, giving an interesting view from above. Unfortunatelly, the windows are covered with dust (which is totally understandible, considering their location and the amount of sand in the middle of a desert, where Riyadh is located).

Anyway, Riyadh isn't a tourist city, and doesn't have many outstanding landmarks to explore, so by all means, visit the tower. But remember, that everything, including the tower, is closed during the prayer time; in addition, the tower is first opened at 14:00 and closes at 8 or 9 in the evening.
Also the queue to the elevator could be long, so allow around 2 hours for the visit.

If get a chance to visit Riyadh, its a worth for one time to to see the real structure of Riyadh from the Sky bridge. Tower having many shops in the bottom floors where you can buy many international brand items.

“One of the few tourist attractions in Riyadh”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

Went up the tower on Christmas Day. Its 99 floors but the view is of a very low rise Riyadh and to be fair on the day I was there the air was full of sand so view not great. The mall below has good shops and a food court. Watch for prayer times though as the shops and coffee bars close.
