“Perfect Business Hotel!!!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 July 2014

I have been staying with this hotel for years now. Being in Sales, I have traveled places in Middle East and outside Middle East, but I love the warmth and courtesy extended by each and every staff member in this hotel, right from the staff at the reception to the house-keeping to the Management of the hotel. One drawback that I feel which can be worked on is the Internet services which are provided should be made complimentary for the residential Guest. I would fully recommend this hotel for business people as well as families who would like to spend a nice holiday in the heart of the country. My best wishes are there with the Management. Keep up the good work. Cheers!!!

Room Tip: Don't worry, I am sure the hotel will take good care of all your needs.

This hotel is in the "party" district of Bahrain very close to the US Naval Base. Right outside is "the American Alley" street with a large variety of American chain restaurants and local fast food outlets. There is also a grocery store one block away that sells a lot of American produtcs. The hotel is unpretentious and comfortable. It is not as nice as a typical 4 star hotel such as Westin or Hyatt, but it is not bad by any means. The room we had was huge with very high ceilings. It was clean and comfortable until the night club opened. The entrance to the night club is outside and they blast loud music very late at night. There is also a sports bar where we watched World Cup games with a variety of military men from different countries. The military has a midnight curfew and after that most of the people were gone. There was a pool table in that bar. This hotel has a small gym with two treadmills and a small rooftop pool. We never saw anyone at the pool probably because it was too hot to be outside. The staff was helpful, but the front desk wrote the wrong room number on the key so I had to go back and forth before I could figure out how to get in the room. Overall if you are young and looking for a decent relaxed hotel and to go out at night this hotel is a good choice. If you are looking for luxury or upscale hotel or a very quiet environment it is not the place for you.

The rooms are good and comfortable. Until you wake up at 12am and your bed is vibrating. The have this club Wranglers that turns it bass up to 20 at 12am. It does not quit until 2am. Other than that it is ok.

I have stayed at this hotel quite often with excellent experiences until this last time. The last time I was placed in a room that the internet would not work properly, when I brought it to their attention a service man came quickly but was unable to fix the problem. No refund was given for the internet fees I had previously purchased. My room was on the second floor and the noise from the night clubs made sleeping a little hard. On a positive note, the staff is top notch. Extremely friendly and always willing to help. I will stay there again, hoping this was just an isolated experience.

Room Tip: Stay on the third floor or above to get away from the noise from the night clubs!

All brilliant apart from check in and out staff. The process took far too long and they were unfriendly. I felt like I had annoyed them by daring to stay there. However, someone did being a fork to my room at 1.30am so I could enjoy a pot noodle in bed. So they're not all bad.

Very good hotel within walking distance (5 minutes) of many excellent restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and would recommend any one going to Bahrain to stay there. It also has 3 bars within footprint of the hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 4 nights and the stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were so committed to make our stay the best It could be I honestly think it's the best hospitality & service I've ever received anywhere in the world.
From the reception to the bar & restaurant staff to the housekeeping team every single one of them were so pleased to see & speak to you it was quite humbling to be honest.
I will recommend this this hotel to everyone who is planning to visit Bahrain and looking for best value of money.

Best Regards,
LDBhatia
