Absolutely amazing stay. Couldnt have asked for any thing better. Absolutely stunning hotel clean friendly and very spacious.Perfect for couples with chidren and businesses meetings. Fantsastic variation of foods, (Lemon tree)something for everyone every night. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful,made to feel welcome.Was my first time there and would not hesitate to think about coming back next year and whenever possible, would DEFINATELY recommend this hotel. Also perfrect for couples too. Best holiday ive ever had and cant wait to go back next year or when possible. Thanks to management , reception staff and lemon tree staff for taking good care o's us for 2 weeks. Thank you.

I stayed in this hotel in Dec 2013. I loved it! The room was spacious and comfy. The Bathroom too with a great bath and separte rain shower. I loved the Tea Garden, great decor. The Italian restaurant was great as was the Red lion sports bar. The spa was fabulous. Would recommend and stay again.

False advertising!!! They tout a Club Lounge happy hour with complimentary beverages...No such thing. Also, the "convenient" hotel souvenir shop was a completely empty room. The exciting pool bar and big screen t.v.,,,wishful thinking. Our expensive suite had no towels in the second bathroom; No dishes or cutlery save for the 2 coffee cups and 4 glasses. There was no cork screw, kitchen trash bin, or anything resembling a dish rag or paper towel.The mini bar was never replenished (5 night stay). The master bathroom completely floods during showers. One of the days, the entire 6th floor (where our suite was) reeked of sewage. Food poisoning two separate dinners on two separate evenings...Sadly, all we were offered were many apologies and a 20% off the bill

On a positive note, the overall hotel staff were efficient and friendly.

Thank you very much for your time & meeting us and letting us know in details what was ,& what wasn’t up to your expectation during the stay.

It is not always that we get to meet the guest in person, It is always great to get such detailed feedback from the end user of the facilities ,gives us sort of direction and scope to further enhance our service standards. Ramee Group of Hotels takes every feedback seriously and all team members’ makes concerted efforts to ensure our guests has comfortable stay and enjoys our facilities.

After our meeting in person & as a courtesy to our guests, was to ensure that we get to know the details and helps us to take necessary steps internally to ensure & avoid reoccurrence. We shared the feedback on the food with the team and so far we did not find any such feedback or comments or such issues with the food at any of our restaurants with any of our guests from last 5 months ,that does not mean we are perfect ,at the same time it wouldn’t be out of context to say, food is something which is subjective and varies from individual taste & perspective.

We hope this one off experience will not be a discouraging factor to re- visit us whenever you visit Bahrain.

I could say a new competition has arrived! The hotel is conveniently-located near Seef Mall, so if you are here for business & you are with your family, they can easily cross the street.

However, since the hotel is well-planned, there are so many things to do – Spa, Swim, Massage, Eat & Drink from the variety of outlets inside the hotel, so no need to go outside, except shopping.

You will be awed as soon as you enter the Lobby… Receptionists has Smile on their face for you, while Consierge is always ready to help in any way.

Room is just fantastic!!! Everything you need in a hotel room – clean, spacious, functional. Bed is perfect so are the pillows! You can also choose from a Pillow Menu if you prefer other types. Even the Comfort Room is well-equipped & planned to the last detail. Kudos to the Housekeeping Team.

There is also a Changing Room w/ a Room Safe, Laundry Bag, Slippers and best of all Ironing Board & Iron to press your clothes while on a trip!

Buffet Breakfast is not only complete but PLENTY & variety of food for the meticulous guests. If you want ambiance, it is perfect.

Overall, I must say, this is one of the best Five-Star Hotels in Bahrain & will surely come back to stay.

Nicely situated in a quite area ,walking distance opposite to a shopping mall, Important since nobody is walking in Bahrain
Being there for an eye surgeons meeting in a cool January
I really enjoyed the Hospitality of the Staff
Upon arrival they gave us a room with a nice view at the 11th floor The decoration and the facilities were great and the best was the connection of the bathroom door to the room This way you can have a great view from you bathroom
Plenty of restaurants a great conventional center and a surpassingly huge nightclub (Boney M were there on friday)!!!
the outside swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were on top of a spaced veranda with an open view but it was too cold !!!! to use it ,Imagine we even had rain.
But the most important thing was the personalized help and hospitality of the staff I don't know if it was because I was an invited guest for the meeting But even then it was much more than expected, I felt like a king, So I asked for their names to say thank you A Great G Manager Mr Shety and a desk employ Mr Islam made us fell at home
I asked for directions to a site and the answer was, let us drive you there with our car it is close to us
Small thinks makes along trip
I would definitely go back to Ramee to my new friends

Room Tip: corner suits looked great stay in the middle floors same view but a lot less of elevator traffic at...

From the airport make certain you have this address handy as most taxi drivers do not know it exists yet and your ride may take a good deal longer than you anticipate.
Once in place know the service is excellent. The rooms ample and plush with views from our room that were exceptional. The bathroom was huge with glass walls reminiscent of newer Vegas hotels. I loved the one touch curtain buttons that covers the entire length of the wall with a thick blackout curtain.
Be sure to make friends with Jessie, the incredible concierge. He goes out of his way to accommodate any request. I had pants being hemmed and the clerks forgot which hotel I was at. After two trips to the store I asked them to call me leaving behind a card. Jessie went to the store to retrieve them realizing it was getting late. He also set us up with cars, drivers, tour guides and reservations.
We did run into issues with housekeeping and somehow came on the radar of Salvatore Romano the GM from Sicily. This is a man you love to watch in action. He listened attentively to our concerns - daily the robes were different or too few or too small when we clearly were happily ensconced for a set number of days. Our glasses were not being replaced or cleaned after cocktails in the room. Ice buckets being left behind or the room not being cleaned until very late in the afternoon on most days. I also let him know there was debris days later around the pool from a party when we first arrived. In minutes Salvatore had the head of housekeeping front and center for a debriefing.
Restaurants in the hotel: the Italian restaurant was wonderful and I reviewed it already. The Sushi restaurant on the top floor sadly was not yet open and I do not care for sports bars so you are on your own there.
Recommend? Absolutely. Just know it is new and there are minor bugs being addressed. Such as the glass walls are not high enough around the pool and the winds are rough. (being addressed according to mgmt). The elevators have minds of their own and will stop on the 5th floor each and every time with no one pushing the buttons. My favorite moment happened as I am a chronic "close door" button pusher and the elevator said to me (can't make this stuff up) "I'm sorry for the delay" wow.
Note that newer Manama is not really walkable and one other plus for this hotel is its location directly across from more than one mall for easy access.

Room Tip: Make sure you get rooms away from the elevator banks - they will beep all night long and if you are...

The hotel is brand new, rooms are very spacious and modern. The staffs are very excellent. overall service of all the staffs are great. Especially the guy in reception from nepal(omm) is very polite and excellent service.

Room Tip: Ask for a room number ends with 2 or 5. which have great view and spacious.
