This hotel is situated in very bad location that had so many escorts and pimps. The hotel is filled guys who look like thugs and staff was not very helpful.Hotel was clean but the hall ways were not well lit and always smell like cigarette. This is definitely not a hotel if you are staying with girlfriend or with family
I would not like to stay in this hotel in future again.

I would highly recommend never staying in this hotel. The staff are friendly that is true. However that is about it. There is a construction site in front of hotel, whatever room you stay in ( and I know) you will not get a decent night sleep. Whether it is the construction site or the draining of the pipes all night, you will always be accompanied by an orchestra of noise.
The wireless connection is none existent at best.
It is rather seedy and creepy to say the least.
My experience was rather underwhelming.

the hotel is located in a horrible area filled with burglers and low people society i will never visit this dreadful place again, although it is clean and well organized yet i cannot tolerate to stay in the room all the time since it is impossible for me even to think walking in the surrounding area

Nice and clean, good location, friendly and helpful staff, internet moved at a good speed. Not much more to say as I only spent one night. I visited during Ramadan so most of the restaurants were closed and the place was mostly empty.

Room Tip: There's construction taking place on the back of the hotel so request a room in the front.

We had our wedding reception in one of their hall. The package was very reasonable considering the food that they offer and the venue arrangement. We didn't do anything because the hotel arrange everything from the food to the hall. It was a very wonderful experience all the staff our attentive to our needs. Surely we will go back and booked them again for another occasion.

I stayed at this hotel for a 8 nights,
The good things first (in sequence of experiencing)
1) They arranged my visa, and took some trouble for me for getting it done, as i didnt have a local invitation would like to thank Mr Daniel for that, and having patience in dealing with my constant calling
2)The airport pick up and drop was nice
3) At reception was welcomed with glass of juice, Check in didnt take more than 5 mins, they upgraded me to double room, the receptionist Mr Armando and Ms Agnes seemed genuinely attentive and welcoming
4) The room, was good, spacious, the bed was comfortable,
5) Internet connection was good
6) The indian restaurant was amazing specially their Biryani
7) The room didnt have a coffee maker, but was arranged in 5 mins of me requesting it
8) The disco/pub on the ground floor, had a filipino band, who were ok, but nice place to have your drinks and relax
9) house keeping and room service both were excellent, prompt response and service

Not so good things
1) Location: Not the best of location, or with some great view, its in a lane, but many supermarket and eateries in the location and that is a good thing
2) The breakfast, reasonably good, a little more variety would have been good
3) The pool, is there for name sakes, its too small, The fitness centre has pretty ok too

The bad thing
The management rule of not allowing any guest to your room, even if it in the day time, So if you want to just sit in your room and drink with a friend you would be paying double occupancy charges, This was my first such experience, Whichever country/Hotel i have travelled they have never had this rule, and friends were allowed to visit room, in the day time, It may be a bahrain rule, i dont know but found this weird,

Conclusion: I would stay in this hotel again for sure, and would definitely recommend anyone, traveling alone or with family on business, or holiday

Room Tip: There could be noise in the room if you are staying on 1st or second, if you are staying in this hot...

We booked this hotel for an overnight stay from Saudi Arabia as my husband was running in thr Bahrain half marathon. We arrived at the hotel and we greeted with orange juice and very friendly staff....unfortunately it all went down hill from there. We have a 5 year old boy and a 18mth old girl and by the time we arrived it was bed time for them. Despite booking a family room, being told we would have a sofa bed and requesting a baby cot none were in the room. When we did phone asking for these things, housekeeping informed us they have no sofa beds and suppied a mattress on the floor for our son. When they brought the cot they told us they have no mattresses for them and just covered the hard wooden cot base with a sheet. After much discussion with them we finally convinced them this was not appropriate, so they tried to put a sofa cushion in the cot which then made the cot base far too high. Eventually the duty manager came to our room and was totally unaware that the hotel does not have any mattresses for their cots (?!!). It was after 8 and we were desperate to get to bed so relented and used a small duvet in the cot and proceeded to get the kids ready for bed. Just as we were putting them in the bath the disco started which sounded like it was in the next bedroom. We had all had enough at this stage and packed our bags and left.
Overall the impression of the hotel is tired and dated and a little seedy, with lots of men gathering outside the nightclub smoking. The staff did try but this is NOT a family friendly hotel.

Room Tip: Dont stay if you have children!
