Nicely renovated and good looking but with very bad service and attitude of personnel and management. During the reservation and check in, looks like that you owing something to their front desk people and looks like that they are obliged to work there. So forget the smile and kind welcome. Food Quality in the lobby restaurant and lobby coffee shop is low and taste is very bad and of-course it is overpriced because you are in the hotel. Simply forget the breakfast and luch and try to eat out of the hotel.
There is Italian restaurant there (Bice) which the food is good but one the expensive restaurant in Tehran. Fortunately the Italian restaurant management is an individual and different from hotel. In there you can expect nice service and good food.
During the discussion we had with Hotel Management (seyed kazemi) found out what is the problem in the hotel. As usual poor and unprofessional management. The guy was rude, impolite and looks like anything expect a hotel manager, without any interpersonal skills or customer service training. So when the head is like that, what you should expect from the rest. That’s a real pity for the investors of this hotel.
With the cheaper price you can find much better hotel apartments in Tehran, where you can find more spacious rooms with better service and polite employees.More
