I was very unhappy. The hotel was dirty and I was in 3 different rooms before realising the place is just not clean. The food was poor and service was like "faulty towers". Just a dreadful property badly managed and quite nasty. I would suggest you look elsewhere!

The Hotel location is not that bad, but once you get in the old rooms, shaggy furniture, low quality service and reception, the food is not bad.

the room was very old and the dirt was all over the place, the shower box didnt have a box

The rooms are ok but nothing special, they were spacious but not very clean. The bathroom was below average. The breakfast is included and is Ok but again do not expect anything great.
The service was horrible at lunch and dinner times and at reception they were not very helpful. The WIFI was free but it was extremely slow and did not work 80% of the times.
The price is very expensive for the real quality of the hotel and services.
The location is horrible and it is not near anything special, 10 minutes by taxi to Kuwait City center. For the price your going to pay there are much better hotels in Kuwait.

the park Hyatt Tokyo is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. This is one of the worst. It is NOT A HYATT it is more like a hayat. Honestly it's basically ok. It's very cheap, has large rooms and is about 80% clean. Breakfast is atrocious but free. You could sustain yourself. If the name had been other than the misleading Hyatt I would have given it 3 stars. It is good value for money. One other thing, locatn is not good. It's in the middle of nowhere compared to down town and you'll have to cab it or drive each time. A cab is 3 dinar about 12 usd per trip. There pis no cab stand, you need to wait 5 m while they call you one. The staff are very friendly and nice. Service was fine.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a larger group. Was my maiden visit to the region and so am not very clued in on all the other options that are available in the city. The stay was ok on the whole. Rooms were mid-sized and came with a balcony that faced the front of the hotel. We only had breakfast at the hotel. Was a small spread, with a mix of local cuisine as well.

We were on the 4th floor and the decor seemed to be on the older side. Noticed a more newer & possibly renovated look on some of the other floors.

Ok hotel on the whole and not to be mistaken as part of the worldwide Hyatt chain.

Booked the banquet hall for my wedding reception and recieved a complementary night stay. Rooms were tip top, clean. Bed was very comfy and had a good night sleep. Hotel has more than one restaurant and serve a variety of cuisines. Room service was prompt. Hotel was not located in the city so need a cab to take you around. Food is reseanobly priced. Hotel allows late check out which is a plus. Staff doesnt speak much english but you can get by.

So we arrived here approximately 12pm and were told that they had overbooked but that we were being moved for the night in to the very nearby hyatt suites- apparently a sister hotel. we asked why we couldnt have our room- no answer and then were called stupid by the supposed manager in bengali- nice touch. he did however say that it had all the same facilities and we would feel no shortage. we reluctantly agreed to spend the night in the other hotel. upon arriving we asked the bellhop for an iron and an ironing board, were told it'd be one minute by way of pointing one finger at us and speaking something in arabic. ended up staying up for 1 hour with no arrival of the iron. tried to call the so called reception and found the phone actually didn't work and nobody had told us what number to dial for what- fabulous. went to sleep. woke up, started to get things ready headed for the shower and the water stopped. headed for the sink, no water there either. there was a hose next to the toilet which however was spurting out water full blast. so helpful. went down to reception, found it empty got a dodgy looking guy and told him of the problem- he came up to the room, didnt come in and said everything was fine. waited 30 minutes, no water. when it did come on it was yellow. thats right- yellow. disgusted, packed up and went straight down asked for the driver to take us to the actual hotel we had booked. arrived there and were greeted nicely enough and explained the disgusting state of the water as well as phone problems to the receptionist who was very apologetic. room in the kuwait hyatt hotel was nice enough, good room service- nothing fancy but bearable and a far greater improvement from the hell hole we had spent the night in. At all costs though, avoid both hotels. You can normally book ibis hotels for much much cheaper- go for that instead. internet is not wireless in either hotel thank you very much- there is wifi in the lobby and then a wired connection in each room- pretty stupid claiming there is wifi then isn't it. Dont touch the place with a bargepole stay well away. rude staff, no answers to questions and constant delays to queries. also, they take your passport and visa for 'safe keeping'- whatever the circumstance, do not let them take your passport at any cost no matter what excuse they may give you. this is illegal and stupid- do not give it to them- let them make photocopies if they insist but otherwise do not let them keep it at all. what kind of hotel insists on keeping passports? Extremely unprofessional at all costs- avoid like the plague- unless yellow water and dirty bathrooms are your thing.
