Travelled with family (my wife and 7 years son). Stayed for two nights in a Twin Deluxe Studio..
Location is nice, great view on the sea and rocks. Breakfast is good.
Really was surprised that the room was not cleaned on the second day while we were walking in Beirut. Swimming pool operated only during summer months.
Be ready .... be prepared to close your ears with something during the night... The 7th floor room is so NOISY /// They used so CHEAP WINDOWS, which can not protect you from the whole night beeping, signaling vehicles. Never come there again...

New Hotel located in front of Beirut Corniche, an I had chosen it because it is new. I stayed in suite 1608 in the 16th floor, the room was quite spacious and well furnished. The sitting room and balcony were very nice and over looking the sea.
The hotel lobby is very small, but this is due to the size of the adjacent Murjan Restaurant, which is offering a wide variety of the foods at the breakfast buffet.
I was really cautious about the reviews saying that they experienced the staff stealing from their rooms and I paid extraordinary attention during my stay. One day I found my suite door was unlocked when I came back from my day trip. I reported this to the hotel staff but the responses was negative and denying such incident
Other than that everything is ok. The area is full of Fast food restaurants and it is just a stone throw away.
Crossing the street, you would fine the pigeon rock (Rouche) and the famous Petit Café.

Sweet: We received a thankful upgrade to a suite located right infront of the Rocks - an amazing view!. Staff always smiling and welcoming.

Sour: My cuflinks (gifted for my birthday from my girfriend) were stolen from my bag! A shirt was nicely folded over the bag was displaced on the floor, clearly showing that the bag has been tampered with. I spoke to the duty manager then the housekeeping manager. Still awaiting their call back after they mentioned that they will check the room logs!

Conclusion: good hotel, watch out for your stuff!!

The hotel was really nice. We got upgraded from a delux studio to a suite #902 which is directly infront of the raoache rocks! We didnt have breakfast in the hotel but the petit cafe outside the hotel also infront of the rocks is amazing!
The hotel is on the end of beirut and is 15-20 mins drive to the city! The hotel is clean and new which is why we chose it. The area is very busy and not quite at all. Very hard to sleep since all you hear night and day is honking horns!
We had hired a driver for the day he cahrges $150 a day to take you EVERYWHERE and recommends places! He is very nice and his name is John. PLease contact me if you require his telephone number.

this hotel is located in front of Raouche rock in the sea, and all around you many fast food restaurants. It's nice area for waking on the beach. Also the front desk, it was very helpful and fast and they get me upgrade for deluxe room for free while I booked for standard room.
the pathtube great, and the small kitchen, the deluxe room look like small hotel apartment. lobby is little bit small.
