I do stay in different hotels every weeks as per my job but this one definitely left a mark on me. Kind and cordial staff with beautiful rooms, comfy bathrooms and luxurious details, the housekeeping are quite attentive and answered quickly to any request.
The pool and gym are modern in the rooftop which gives some relax and quite time.
It is in a good location and really helpful to avoid the traffic around as we could walk everywhere.

It is a must staying again. Recommend it to everyone.

In mid-july I went on a group tour staying at Le Bristol. My room was spacious, bedding comfortable, and being an inside room was insulated from Street noise. Anytime I contacted the front desk with a room problem or need, it was addressed immediately. The hotel was well located in relation to shopping on Hamra Street and a multitude of restaurants. The hotel breakfast was truly five star with fresh fruits, pastries and traditional Lebanese Delicacies. Always important in the summer, the air conditioning was very comfortable throughout the hotel and the WiFi was very good. Without reservation I would stay there again. One final comment, if you're looking for 110 electrical be sure and take converter as the room has 220.

It's a nice hotel, there's absolutely nothing wrong with it and I feel the staff are trying hard to go the extra mile, however, there's just nothing exciting about it either. It's one of those hotel I will forget about a few months later.

The turndown service is a nice touch, the rooftop pool is nice also, the breakfast is very average (and most of the hot food is nearly cold), their business centre is basically a computer with a printer.

Would I stay there again? Absolutely. Would I rave about it to my friends and colleagues? Definitely not.

Room tip: There's a courtyard you can smoke in on Floor 1, so if you smoke, it's convenient to stay on this floor.

Perfectly located within minutes from major streets and attractions, the hotel itself is beautiful with excellent service. The checkin in/out was very fast and front office staff (Karem and Kelly) were very welcoming and professional.
Room 504 was very clean with a big and nice bathroom. Bathroom amenities are of very good quality.
One thing to note is that hot water temperature is ambient and just fine for a shower during summer but warmer water temperature should always be available.

The Hotel location is great; just few minutes’ walk to most of the Beirut City Center attractions. The redecoration of this famous hotel made it very modern and beautiful.

The Reception staff was friendly; very welcoming with a great smile. The Concierge was very helpful and efficient. All staff generally and Customer Services were excellent.

The Suite was spacious with separate bedroom and sitting room, very clean, and fully equipped. The sleeping quality was excellent; air-condition was smooth. The bathroom is modern with enough towels and all items that you find in most 5 stars hotels. The facilities provided made our stay very pleasant; the mini bar filled with all what you may need; the safe; the hot water kettle, the bath robes and slippers, and enough cabinets’ space.

The Buffet Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of Lebanese and International items.

Few minor problems that need more attention to make the stay perfect: the bath tub (Jacuzzi) needs a handle and floor Mat to avoid slippery ground, There is a need for more Electricity Sockets to operate all items without the need to bend below the desk to replace plugs, the Mini Bar needs frequent checks to avoid expired food items, and the TV system need to be replaced by a less complex one to operate. Also the Hotel does not have yet a Business Center.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Bristol; The above problems dropped our evaluation points from Excellent to Very Good.
