-Good location in Hamra and near AUB.
-Staff not unhelpful but unwilling...
-Room Ok. Not luxurious and somehow overprized but clean an spacious. Bathroom OK. Ac and tv set OK. Quiet!
-Breakfast OK.
Nothing to excel, nothing to criticise in excess. VERY average...

We paid 60 euros per night and with found cockroachs in the hall and in the bedroom. The water was disgusting and salted. The breakfast was delicious, but this hotel isn't good.

3 of us stayed in this hotel which is in a great location, however the hotel itself was poor.

The lift was dark and dingy, the hotel room very outdated except for the bathroom which had recently been renovated and internet was not included.. However you could pick up a little bit of wifi from the lobby.

The main plus of this place was comfy clean beds, but we checked out after the first night and stayed on the Rouche after that.

Even though we didn't have a prior booking we were able to get a room for 3 persons. The room was spacious but the carpet was dirty. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us as first time visitors to beirut, it was in al hamra district.A very lively area full of shops , restaurants and vintage stores.

stayed there with my wife on our arrival to Lebanon.the location of the hotel was very centeral that enabled us to discover a lot of the city by walking.the rooms are large with comfy bed and bath.breakfast served in basement restaurant was just ok.front office tried to cheat me over a car rental.over all i think it is over rated and over priced.with that nice building and the central location it can be a much better hotel.
