My wife and I stayed at this hotel for wee trip to Beirut, conveniently located to Hamara Street and Downtown Beirut it is a decent hotel. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful while we stayed there. The free wifi was not at all good. It worked great in the lobby, however when you got to your room it was almost impossible to get it to work due to low signal strength. The breakfast buffet was barely a buffet, with very limited options, it consisted of eggs, pancakes, waffles, some fruit, some cheese, bread, a couple pastries, and coffee and tea. All the food was cold because they didn't have warming plates under them. All in all for the price it was a place to stay, but I think next time we will be looking for a different place.

If you are looking for a place to spend a weekend or even a week, and still be around the heart of the city, and walk around, this is the place to be. The hotel had been renovated around 18 months ago and the rooms are very very well maintained. The bathroom needs a little upkeep (shower area) but the rest is OK. My wife and I loved the bed! It was very very comfortable, the staff are very friendly, they even upgraded us to a "Junior Suite" when we had booked the standard room, so they may honor our request for a late checkout.
Al though it may seem as a small building, however, they managed to squeeze in two elevators that are very modern and equipped with LCD digital screens on the inside and out. The doors were all on magnetic cards that needn't be inserted into a slot, just wave it next to the door.
The room was very clean and the interior design was very nice.
I cannot tell you more about the bed it was AMAZING!!!
The breakfast was very generous not your usual croissants and cheap waffles and pancakes. They had cold cuts, variety of nice cheeses, breads, desserts, cereal and lots more which actually surprised me.
We are definitely staying there next time we visit Beirut. (PS: it was very convenient for us as it was 2 minutes walking from my parents house).

Room Tip: On weekends, they open their "night club" and the sounds from there make it a little hard to sleep. You can ask for a room on the opposite side.

It is a nice hotel in a quite alley in Hamra. Check in was ok, but my three credit cards were declined and had to pay in cash. Note, payment is upfront. Room was great. The bathroom is somewhat dated, but nothing bad. Air conditioning was good, Bedsheets are clean. Breakfast is basic Mediterranean, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bread, coffee, and tea.
Check out was fast since the bill is already paid.

Room Tip: Take the 6th floor
