A mix of international cuisines with incredible dishes such as Foie Gras, steak tartare, Aisian prawns, scrumptious Salads and to die for deserts.

Restaurant service is a disaster and slow. Staff super unprofessional and rude. Will never go to this restaurant again and neither will recommended. Chocked by the manager behavior. Main dish never came and after an hour of waiting we asked the manager about it and told us" if u don't like it i will bring the bill "and so he did.

Finally a place in Beirut where you go for the fraternal atmosphere, spend good time with close friends in a warm atmosphere. Finally a place in Beirut where you go for yourself and not to see and be seen. Finally a place in Beirut where you feel that food is PREPARED for you. A must go at every trip to Lebanon.

It's been a long time I was waiting for such a concept in Beirut. A lot of Bistro's already opened in the city but the french touch of a typical Bistrot was missing.... At coquelicot they knew how to combine a great menu selection with a great wine list and the most important part is that u are served with care and love from passionate people... More than that u can bring ur own bottle of wine which is great I think... The price u pay is correct for what u get.... Anyway the experience is great.... Honestly I rarely recommend a restaurant but this one is a 'TO DO' restaurant.... Don't forget the pain Perdu as a desert and the foie gras poile or canard a l'orange ahhhhhh c'est une extaseeeeeeeee....
