Stayed on business in May this year. First impressions were impressive - smooth and efficient check-in. Room was huge (although I prefer a double to twin) and beautifully furnished. Great bathroom and toiletries.
The steakhouse food is OK but the restaurant design is a bit odd, with huge group tables near the door and relatively few smaller tables. Also if you sit on the banquet seating, you are about 3 inches lower than your dining companion. Service in here was pretty good.
Bar service on 55th floor was poor. Served some wine which was clearly past its best, both my colleague and I commented on this. The bar person wouldn't accept this, tried to claim it was OK, despite tasting like malt vinegar. Eventually, after some grumbling it was replaced.
Service in the foyer erratic and slow. Staff didn't seem to know quite what to do. Same at the door. A bit more training is needed.
