“Service issues, inside bland and no soul, 90 Riyal for a glass of wine.”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

We've been to Al Sultan Brahim twice and the first time we sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Second time was a disaster, very poor service, and it just seemed as if no one was in charge or providing any leadership to the floor crew. The inside is bland boring and soul less, no music until about 2 minutes before we left, it was too cold and the feeling we got was that outside customers were the focus and inside were forgotten. To top it off they ran out of calamari and also the only glass of wine you can purchase is 90 RIYAL!!! 90 Riyal come on, what an absolute insult, even at the premier dining on site , Gordon Ramsay, you can get a glass for near half that price. Food was delicious but with so many Lebanese eateries in Doha it is hard to justify paying for what you can get at Huda Bakery for 1/4 price and better service!

“Will be back!”
Reviewed 6 March 2014

This was my third visit, and the service and quality of the food has been excellent every time. The hot and cold mezze is fresh and flavoursome, and beautifully presented. The fish is of excellent quality and cooked to perfection. The staff are friendly and attentive, and willing to answer any questions. The prime location makes this a really pleasurable experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant, and will certainly be back.

“very bad”
Reviewed 5 March 2014

Went there for a business meeting at lunch time, staff doesn’t speak English, took us time to explain them what we want to order.
Later food served not as expected, taste of food was ok nothing special.
Tried getting the managers attention but they were busy chatting with the chef and typing on their phones.
Will never go back.
