Really nice staff, helpful and so friendly especially the one named "Peter" I think he's the vallet. Perfect location and reasonable prices, the rooms are spacious, a really nice view to the golf field and the sea. It was a lovely stay there at the Radisson Blu and I would definitely go there again

Bad food, bad service, bad check in, bad experience... Food was bland, service always late, and the only thing you get are excuses.
The only good thing about this hotel was that the rooms were alright which is what it should be considering it is still a Radisson.

One of the worst customer experiences ever during my over night stay at the Radisson Blu Yas Island.
Check in took 32 min although my room was Prebooked and fully paid for. Lunch time, trying to get a waiter to find a space for us to sit was a task by itself and even when we did find a place, they didn't even to bother to clean it, we had to ask them to do it.
Room service, a disaster by itself. 1:27 min just to have 2 pizzas, a diet coke and a small assortment of Arabic Mezzeh that is normally pre-made. Good was bland, bread was old, Arabic Mezzeh was one of the worst I've ever tasted.
Sorry, but even with a busy period and no matter what the situation is staff should never tell a customer that their excuse for being late was because of the heavy load of orders they have. A paying customer doesn't want to hear excuses. The worst part of it, if the food was good all would have been forgotten. Sadly the food was way below average and customer service failed miserably.

it is a nice hotel with great view.breakfast is good .stuff are friendly swimming pool is not large but not small but need tooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much maintenance tiles are damaged steps are broken with sharp edges .grouting for tiles is not anti fungus . no any night life activity at the hotel even light band .

As per me, hotel was nice but food was strictly ok. Did not like food at all. But rooms were with good view. Could travel to lot of places because everything was so closed by. Rooms were clean and nice. Ferrari world was closed by. I did not get tired travelling around abudhabi cause it was in d centre of city.
