Fantastic Stay and Hospitality, the place is very near to Al-wahda mall and Bus Terminal.
The restaurant is fantastic. Transportation available at door step. Gym area is good.
Rooms are fantastic. For Dubai you can easily catch a bus from bus terminal which is very nearby. The stay was fantastic and i would certainly will recommend it for all.

My stay was marred by the serial incompetence of the front desk, who seemed unable to grasp that my room was not booked by myself but via the organisation that I was working with. They also failed to get my check-out day right, despite repeated attempts, which meant I was (a) locked out of my room on two occasions and (b) delayed in my departure because they couldn't complete the check out. When problems were brought to their attention, they were unhelpful, to put it mildly. Furthermore, their standard of spoken English was not what one would expect from a top-rated hotel. Until they get their act together, I would not recommend this hotel.

On the positive side, the food in the buffet restaurant was good, and the top floor swimming pool was pleasant.

We chose this hotel on the strength of its excellent reviews. I can't for the life of me understand why a few recent reviewers have complained. The reason our check in (earlier than usual) took some time was because the receptionist was trying to find us a room with a good view...hardly a reason to complain. Room was a good size as was the bathroom. Room amenities superb, bed exceptionally omfortable. Bathroom amongst the best I've come across with great shampoos and lotions. Everything worked, everything was immaculately clean and perfectly maintained. Breakfast is excellent, the restaurant deor is beautiful and the staff are friendly and very attentive. From housekeeping to reception, every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm and friendly. I believe this hotel is worthy of six stars, I honestly wouldn't know how to improve it!

Modern, clean, and big rooms, competent staff (by UAE standards), and very reasonably priced.The loyalty club of Millenium and Copthorne is a bit useless, so no benefits on that front for frequent travellers, but the hotel itself is very good.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor and NOT facing the mall since that side is louder due to the aircondition equip...

When we arrrived there was a mix up with our room which annoyed us a little when we found out the next morning, however, this was more than made up for by the fact that the hotel gave up an extended check out time of 6pm the next day. As our plane wasn't leaving until the evening this made a huge difference to our stay.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate bath and shower which was nice, and plenty of towels. The bed was comfortable also. The only problem we had with the room was that it was very dark with inadequate lighting. I had to use a torch to read properly. The window looked onto an internal courtyard so there wasn't much natural light coming in. There was a nice flat screen TV with plenty of channels.

I thought the price of breakfast was expensive. We enjoyed a meal at the south east Asian restaurant on site which was good value.

Overall the staff were friendly.

Located in the center of the city, next to a big shopping mall, and a short taxi ride to major highlights.
Warm welcome, attentive staff, modern facilities, and comfortable big room. The bed is soft, the minibar is well equipped, and there´s free wi-fi.
They also have a nice roof-top poll with great views.
Prices are reasonable and good deals can be found. A very good choice for a short or long stay in the city.

I stayed 5 nights during a business trip, nice room, nice people, very good breakfast.
I appreciated all the amenities of this hotel.
Close to shopping mall where you can enjoy the evening.
Very good at good price level compared to services of this hotel in Abu Dhabi city center.
I will be in Abu Dhabi and i will stay in this hotel
