Spent one night here and then decided to check into a full services hotel. The staff was friendly, the room / apartment spacious, but small requests frequently appeared to be a big challenge.
There is no significant Food & Beverage provision over and above the Indian Restaurant on site that by the way makes an excellent Butter Chicken Curry. However, for a descent cup of coffee, I had to exit the hotel to the adjacent coffee shop where items could not be booked to the room. Also the one breakfast I had was not impressive; it reminded me more of a meal you get in the hospital - all is there, but it doesn't blow your hear back.
Though the room was spacious and clean and everything was there, it did not feel warm or welcoming. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom presented poor finishings and the room was just not the place I would want to stay in for prolonged periods of time. I used the gym and swimming pool, but again, they presented just that; facilities.
I checked out here and into the Park Rotana, which for me was a big difference. Though the latter is somewhat more costly, it was worth every cent for me.
In conclusion, not a bad property as in dirty, dilapidated, or with bad service, but perhaps not suitable for me. I guess for long stay guests, or families, it provides the infrastructure they require.
