Fantastic 4 night stay for birthday treat. Upgraded to club level and worth every penny, beautiful spacious room and superb service from all staff at the hotel. Special mentions for Moon at meet & great and to Omar at club level. Nothing was too much trouble for the pool/beach staff and restaurant staff. The hotel was particularly busy one morning so we were shown to an alternative restaurant for breakfast, no waiting for clients at the Towers. Abu Dhabi feels more relaxed and somehow safer than Dubai and I cannot wait to return and stay at this hotel again.

We only stayed for 2 nights but wish we had a week. The rooms are amazing as well as the service. The lobby bar is the place to meet and be seen. The atmosphere is energizing regardless of the hour of the day

As already read in many reviews, indeed the moment you enter this hotel you feel very welcome. All staff are not only very nice but also very proffesional in their approach and everything that needs to be arranged is arranged directly and according to plan. My wife hurt her foot at the beach, which was noticed by the staff during diner because she walked with great difficulty. Within 5 minutes the hotel paramedics was present and he adviced to check the foot in the hostipal. 10 minutes later we were sitting in the hotel limo to the right hostipal. When we got back I was supporting my wife with walking and in the lift we met a lady who immediatelly asked what happened and then she asked also our room number. 5 minutes later we had the paramedics crew again in our room with a couple of crutches for support during walking. It appeared we met the GM of the hotel in person. This is what we call involvement with the geusts at the highest level. Also we had babysit for 6 days for our nearly 3 year old son. She was very nice and proffesional, also a very comfortable experience. All in all we had a great time in this hotel and will certainly come back again.

Room Tip: take the executive lounge arrangement, good food and drinks.

First things First, what an impressive and imposing hotel. The look is typically UAE, stunning skyscraper with a curve, almost like a shark fin.

Inside, what more would you expect, plush leather seating, cushions galore, all in all a brilliant lobby area where we relaxed with a house tea of an evening. The room was equally stunning, a huge bed a spacious room which was very clean and is very well quipped, LCD TV, USB points, lots of power points, a well equipped bathroom (2 sinks, bath shower and toilet). Probably one of the best rooms I have stayed in within the UAE, and I have stayed in alot of rooms.

As an operation you get the feeling that everything works effortlessly, the service is impeccable and you can see the management really does care about you as a resident. The staff are second to none, but what do you expect from the Jumeirah brand!! It seemed our every need was catered to almost before we even knew we needed it.

I need to thank Fahd, the concierge to beat all concierges, he organised a trip/activity for me which was apparently sold out, it is true what they say the best concierges can arrange anything at any time! Thank Fahd, you are a legend!

The restaurant, Rosewater, where we dined every evening was beautifully decorated with the comfiest seating, you could sit there really comfortably hours after having eaten. Rahul and Marifel and team try the utmost to make you feel at home within the restaurant. The selection of food is the best I have seen amongst the numerous hotels in the UAE, special thanks goes out to Chef Subas and Chef Mohammed, who's food was not only mouthwateringly delicious but really had the feel of being genuinely made of love and home made!

The outdoor facilities are great three pools, the main infinity pool, large with a significant shaded area, under the shadow of the hotel, which is nice for families with young kids (there is a section which does get alot of the sunshine too). One pool for kids (nice and shallow) and another pool with a sunken seated pool bar (Great cocktails and milkshakes).

The selection of loungers, under the hotel (shade) or by one of the other pools, and down by the beach makes for a nice change depending on how you feel during your stay, but rest assured, the staff are superb and really to tend to your every need.

All in all a superb hotel, although it maybe classed as a business hotel, DO NOT be put off if you are wanting a beachy pool holiday.

Thank you to Doris and all her team, DEFINITELY see you soon!! ;-)

Room Tip: Up on a high floor for great views and away from the lifts - but I think any room would be brilliant...

It is hard to write this and not sound gushing ... but this is definitely the best hotel that we have ever stayed in. Yes, the architecture is amazing, the facilities fabulous and the decoration and views are just out of this world but what really makes it special is the level of service from all the staff, in every part of the hotel. Whoever trained them all to anticipate your every need, with smiles and friendliness, as well as efficiency and professionalism, deserves a medal.

We stayed for two weeks, to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and received special attention that made it a really memorable holiday.

The rooms are spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable, with every sort of high tech you could possibly need and the most beautiful bathrooms. The views from the full wall of windows are breath taking and we spent hours just sitting watching the boats and the jet ski boys in the bay.

The pools and beach are immaculate and there was always plenty of spare sunbeds, with luxurious towels and parasols, or a place in the shade if you preferred. The Observation deck was amazing, just as spectacular with its 360 views of the city as Top of the Rock in New York or Eiffel Tower.

On half Board we ate twice each day in the Rosewater restaurant and this experience was amazing, with more choice than I have ever encountered anywhere and everything was of the highest quality, variety and constantly replenished. The staff here deserve special recognition: the chefs, for whom nothing was too much trouble and the front of house service staff, who not only gave prompt and efficient attention to our needs but also made us feel like friends who were visiting, rather than hotel guest. I don't like to single anyone out because they were all so good, but want to mention special thanks to Rahul, Marifel, Ameesh and Blessings, as well as all the girls on the front desk.

Yes, the windows were dirty but we received an apology to every room about this and they were cleaned asap. Yes, there is some noise from construction work next door, but then that is true of most of Abu Dhabi. Yes, the beach is not enormous but it is kept beautifully clean and the situation right next to three wonderful pools more than made up for that.

If you don't have a wonderful stay here, then you must be very hard to please.
Our Thanks to everyone there who gave us such a fantastic holiday.

Room Tip: Grand Deluxe room was fabulous and the views of the bay were lovely.

This hotel is pretty much firing on all cylinders to an impressive degree. My stay was clearly at a very busy time for the hotel but that did not detract from excellent service and a quality stay. Staff are without exception courteous and anticipating without being overbearing. I have to also mention the chilled water showers in the rooms and quality of toiletries. A memorable stay. Only thing I would say about other hotels in the Jumeirah group in Dubai are not up to the same standard as this.

Room Tip: The hotel has excellent soundproofing so all floors are very quiet. There is some construction work...

This hotel is beautiful, the staffs are courteous, friendly and very helpful especially beatrice from rosewater restaurant, sohu from the lobby, rossana from the quest restaurant and harmony from the concierge, even though all the staff are very nice, courteous and friendly this staffs mentioned above were expectionally good.
There lots of very good restaurant with beautiful views within the hotel. The hotel caters for most of your needs at your finger tips. Great for family holiday because there are lots of play ground and attraction for children within the hotel. it is also good business because there are lots of business meeting facility in the hotel. The hotel is just good for all aspect of holidaying. if you are going with the family might try out the apartments instead of the hotel rooms because we stayed in the apartment area called jumeriah at etihad towers residence which is still within the hotel i.e same building and have access to all the facilities as well. they have got beautiful spas and gym .i used the spa and the staffs there very good as well, its a personalised care for you.

Room Tip: if staying with family, choose or request for the residence which is the apartment style. it is room...
