It was nice to go back to the hotel and enjoy excellent service. Staff remembered us and it felt really good. Good location. Jumeirah hotels are really high quality hotels in the area. For sure we go back!

My husband and I stayed her for 5 nights in December 2013 arriving on Boxing Day. From the first step out of our taxi on arrival we were treated like royalty. A very warm welcome from the concierge and reception staff with a welcome drink on arrival and speedy check in. The hotel is exceptionally stylish, cosmopolitan and occupies an excellent location with the sea on one side and the fashionable Corniche on the other side.
The reception area is amazing and all rooms are uniquely designed and elegantly furnished with state of the art technology which allows you total control of lighting, sound, curtains, telephone, television, maid service all from one handset. The bathroom was amazing with fantastic views and modern amenities with everything you could need supplied including toiletries, hair dryer and a list of anything you may require at your request.
All the staff I saw during my stay were exceptionally polite and always welcomed us with a smile. They really seemed to aim to please. Each of my requests, for example I requested an Ice bucket to be brought up to my room so I could chill my wine and it was delivered to my room within 5 minutes of my request. The room we had was on the 48th floor and had an amazing views. My only moan was that there was building work opposite one one window occupying a site next to the hotel view but that was a building that was nothing to do with the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers so there was absolutely nothing that the Jumeirah hotel could do about this.
There are a number of exceptionally good quality restaurants, bars and lounges offering extensive choice including Asian, Lebanese, Japanese, International, French, Italian, Seafood and Lobby Lounge and a Lobby Bar. There is an Observation Deck located on the 74th floor of tower 2 which guests at the hotel can access giving 360 deg view of Abu Dhabi this too serves drinks and light refreshments. There is also Rays Bar serving cocktails and tapas. During our stay we went to Rays Christmas party night which was an exceptionally good night with a DJ and outstanding high panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
I didn't realise though that it is so difficult to buy alcohol in Abu Dhabi and this probably was a contributing factor in the high price of alcohol in the hotel. There was a fully stocked mini bar in the room but this too was very expensive. A glass of wine was the equivalent of £13 in English money and the shops in Abu Dhabi don't sell alcohol (only alcohol free beer). OK I understand this is a 5 star hotel with 5 star prices but it really adds up and is a big contributing factor. We met friends in the Hilton Hotel next door which I agree is no comparison in quality, style and wow factor of the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers but the prices were on par with English prices with my glass of wine equivalent of £5 in English money.
There are 3 good size swimming pools and again the service round the pool is top class with the pool attendant carrying your towels to your sun lounger and if there is no sun lounger where you want to lie they will go and get a lounger to put exactly where you want. The pool service is good and the staff are very attentive serving good quality, reasonably priced food including lunch around the pool. There is also a small private beach.
There is an excellent spa and gym facility at this hotel offering the complete range of treatments. There is also a dedicated club executive lounge on the 45th floor. This we discovered was good quality and value for money. We paid the equivalent of £60 each ( you paid per room) this gave us 24hrs of unlimited drinks both alcohol and soft drinks with a delicious breakfast, mid morning snacks, a lovely lunch and then dinner. If you add up how much this would have cost paying separately you make quite a saving. I fully recommend you pay for the executive lounge as you can go in and out and eat and drink as much as you like during the 24 hrs.
Housekeeping is exceptionally good with maid service twice daily. A turn down service and little added extras like chocolates left in your room, fresh fruit daily, complementary bottled drinking water, bath menu, adaptors, internet access and air con. A safety deposit box is provided free of charge in the room and complementary tea and coffee facilities.
Taxis are available from outside the hotel 24 hours with the cost of transfer from airport to hotel at £20 or less.
There is a tour desk and the staff will arrange any trips and tours to suit your individual needs. But I advise to book as soon as you can as some of the trips, for example the evening dinner cruise and lunch time cruise, get book up quickly. My advice is to get a ticket for the big bus service. For approx £35 per person you can hop on an hop off a city tour bus that covers all the major sights you would want to see in Abu Dhabi. Taxis are all registered and good value.
There is not much within walking distance of an evening except the Emirates Palace which is now a 5 star hotel and just across the road from the Jumeirah and the Marina area which is where the shopping mall is but there was only one eating place along the way with no bars or restaurants and it seems that all the entertainment is hotel based. The Corniche is advertised as the place to promanade of an evening but again there is nothing really to see but is a nice walk both daytime and eventing.
check out was very speedy and efficient with no mistakes on my bill and absolutely no complaints from me or my husband only praise for the staff, the service and the hotel.

Room Tip: Because of the design of the building all rooms get an almost panoramic view but the higher floors/r...

We stayed here for a few days but we will be back! This is a great resort holiday for couples and families. The room was spectacular - we were upgraded and so we had an even better room with amazing views, quality fittings and lots of space. We loved the special touches in the room like the linen mats by the bed, chocolates and small gifts left as a part of the bed turn down. The staff were professional and friendly, remembering you even though they must see thousands of people each day. The food at all the restaurants was exceptional. Our only gripe was the coffee which is the one very small area for improvement. this hotel was exceptional value for money.

Picked up by driver at airport for nice drive to Hotel. Arrived on my wifes birthday 27/12 about 10 p.m and had a quick check in in exec lounge and straight to room. I had advised the hotel it was my wifes birthday and they left a cake, flowers, rose petals in the room which was really nice. worth upgrading to exec room as you get better room and can use exec lounge for free snacks, drinks etc and breakfasts. We ate at Bice (italian) v .nice. Quest (Thai) excellent. Overall service was very good and rooms were excellent. The hotel inside is fantastic. Pool area did get busy early on and beds got taken quickly. The pool bar was a bit overwhelmed on a couple of days and they got our order wrong twice and also my wifes meal was cold, however they did bring a new meal and also gave us some complimentaryt drinks which was good Beach is also quite small so does get busy. The only real issue I can find is that by the pool / beach, there is quite a lot of building work going on ( 2 x 40 storey buildings) so there is a bit of dust and a fair bit of noise for most of the day. Apart from this issue, it is a very nice hotel. We love the Jumeriah hotels and have stayed in Jumeriah beach (Dubai) on several occasions.

Room Tip: upgrade to exec rooms, you can then have complimentary drinks, light lunches, evening meals and brea...

My wife and I stayed here over Christmas and new year. This hotel satisfies your needs in more than the obvious manner. Our first time at this hotel and we were not disappointed. From the moment the hotel car picked us up at the airport to the moment we checked out out every need was catered for with a discrete professionalism. Nothing was too much to ask. Booking a hotel like this you expect a certain level of service, however it was all the little things that made our stay special. Every member of staff is trained to the most exacting standards, professionalism is obvious everywhere throughout the hotel. Take out the great location, luxurious rooms and the miriad of top quality food available, these are all things you would expect from a five star hotel. The reason for my overwhelming sense of satisfaction was due to the staff. Don't be put off by the petty moaners, ok the beach could be a bit bigger. We have rebooked for summer already. A real masterclass in refined service and hospitality.

This is a very nice upclass five star luxury hotel with a exclusive shopping avenue. Unique arcitecture and great view from the hotel. The staff service minded and professional. We had a very nice and can truly recommend Jumeirah Etihad Towers hotel.

Service:
We were warmly welcomed by a hotelhostess who provided us refreshing towls and juice while we checked in. Check in went very smooth, and we were escorted to our room and got an introduction to the hotel and the facilites of the room. The staff was very attentive to our needs, but despite the high professionalism we somehow lacked "warmth and the deep commitment" from some staff members. The concierge service performed well and we were very happy with the service.

Rooms:
We were lucky and got a room with seaview. The room was very spacious. It was well kept and clean. The bathroom had both shower and bathtub. The room had all amenities we could desire - as described on the hotel´s webpage.

Other facilities:
The hotel has a huge gym with own area for women.
We can recommend "Oberservation Deck at 300". Great 360 degree view of Abu Dhabi. The top lounge is located in one of the neighbouring towers of the hotel. Easy access from the hotel lobby and complementary access for hotel guests.

Location:
The Jumeirah Etihad Towers hotel is located a little outside the city center, but afterall very centrally. It has a great location by the sea and with great view. The hotel is located vis a vis of "Emirates Palace hotel" and with easy access also to public transport. The hotel is located in "one end of" the Corniche promenade.

This was one of the first places we came to visit in Abu Dhabi. The cost of going up the towers is 75AED. But you can use the AED50 to buy tea and pastry. Really worth it. Great experience. 360 degree view of gulf and city. Not far away from Marina Mall. Taxi costs us only 20 AED, but was within a walking distance also.
