Very nice interior design- attention to details,
Spacey rooms, nice views, very good food.
The service overall is excellent , but sometimes ( during breakfast time there were not enough waiters) not well organized.Staff is friendly- f.e. our party of 10 have been served a dinner in a restaurant, notwithstanding our very late arrival- thanks again!
The beach is nice and well looked after,
Spacious and tranquil SPA.

May recommend this hotel to stay at.

From the beautiful setting on a natural white sandy beach to the spacious luxurious rooms, this hotel has it all. I had visited Dubai and stayed in extremely impressive hotels many times before but this one was outstanding. We stayed for five nights and during our stay it was my husbands birthday, with no mention of this to any member of staff a fabulous chocolate birthday cake arrived in our room, such a lovely personal touch, in such a busy hotel you wouldn't think they would have time to do this.
The food at all of the restaurants was excellent, the beach house being our favourite with such a lovely setting. The wines were very expensive but cocktails and spirits reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet had everything you would want and more, my husband preferred the nespresso coffee from the room but the choice of teas were plentiful.
The hotel looks on approach a tad concrete but once you set foot inside the door you forget the dull exterior as you gaze around the hotel lobby which is vast and interesting.
The grounds and gardens are beautifully kept and its very easy to find a private space with adult only pools and smaller dipping pools set in a quieter area of the gardens. The beach is fabulous with super comfy sun loungers and attentive beach staff also you don't have to walk miles from the main hotel building to get there.
All in all I found the hotel faultless and would highly recommend it.

The park hyatt was an amazing hotel, we stayed here the first week in February and were not disappointed. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The hotel is very modern and clean.

The pool area is lovely and plenty of staff on hand to provide fresh towels and cold water. The beach is beautiful, white sand and turquoise water, towels and water are also provided.

The spa facilities are luxurious, I would definitely recommend a visit to the spa/fitness centre. You can play tennis, don't worry if you don't have any kit, racquets, balls and even shoes and socks are available to borrow. I had to borrow some shoes and was loaned a brand new pair of reebok trainers.

We had half board meals and the buffet offered lots of different options, however by the end of the week we were a bit bored of the food.

Our only issues were speed of service and price of drinks. The buffet restaurant always appeared short staffed at breakfast and dinner. The staff were very pleasant however often avoided eye contact so that they didn't have to take a drinks orders. It was quite frustrating to be sat without a drink, or cutlery, or butter! Our other issue was that drinks were very expensive. Service charges and tourist tax are not included in prices so they are even more expensive than they appear. There is very little else in the area so you are forced to pay the expensive drinks prices.

Other than the 2 issues above we really loved the hotel and had an amazing stay.

Before we decided on this hotel I trawled trip advisor, so when I made the booking I made sure to ask to be away from construction and ac units. I was not dissappointed. We have a young family so was happy with our ground floor room overlooking the childrens pool. The room was a great surprise and can give Emirates Palace a run for its money. We loved the open plan bathroom and the big balcony with the daybed. The Nespresso machine was well received. This place is a great to relax and unwind. The food outlets were adequate and all had kids menus. Camp Hyatt is ok for the smaller kids (under 6 years), it's basically a creche. We did expect the pools to be a bit warmer considering it is winter right now. The only warm pool was the adults pool which my child wasnt allowed in. The beach was stunning and we managed to see the dolphins. We tried the spa and found it good value for money. This hotel would make a great overnight/weekend relaxing break as there is not much to do in the vicinity. If you plan on bringing children, pack lots of beach and pool toys. My child has requested that a water slide be installed!

Room Tip: ask to stay away from construction site and not an overlooked room.

The hotel is situated in the beautiful Saadiyat island with an amazin sea ( colors remind you of maldives ). But unfortunantely the hotel's only value add is the nature, the rest is a totally fail. The building itself is the most basic concrete construction; it is obvious that unlike park hyatt in dubai the hotel owner did not bother the spend any pennies on the design of the hotel. park hyatt might be managing this hotel but still one would at least expect the hyatt standards at least when it comes to cleanliness.
As we entered the hotel my husband showed me how dirty all the windows are especially the roof which is so dirty that you could not see the sky clearly. We went to our room which was spacious and modern yet filthy dirty. The window doors that seperate bathroom, toilet and the living room were extremely dirty with fingerprits and grease on it, the balcony was all covered with sand / mud. After we called in the room service and they 'cleaned ' the room, it reached 4 star standards.

The next day when we went to the breakfast at 9:30 breakfast room was full and we were asked to wait with another 10 couples. We were creating crowd in the tiny room for the people that were djning. After some shout and complain we secured ourselves a place. What the management could do would be to open the adjacent reataurant ( which is only open for dinner) when the capacity is larger than te demand. But this seems like too much to ask from such a miserable management !

As a weekend break this hotel was ideal; laid back, peaceful, great service and a good place to relax. The staff were helpful, polite and very efficient. The hotel itself is a great modern design but is still very up and coming with regards to landscaping. On entry to the hotel it's a little bit like entering a building site as it still appears very early days for Saadiyat Island. The room was beautifully designed with nice touches like a free standing bath and a nespresso machine. The balcony was a great place to relax with its comfortable "chaise lounge esque" furniture.
The best thing about the hotel is the amazing beach, it was just breathtakingly beautiful - the only negative is that there are not enough sun loungers for the capacity of the hotel and that is also the same with regards to the pool. The food and beverage outlets were excellent; great food and fabulous cocktails. I would recommend this hotel only for a couple of nights maximum as it is quite remote and there isn't much happening in the area.

Room Tip: You must have a front sea facing room away from the children's pool which is very noisy

My girlfriend and I visited the hotel as our first hotel in a 6 night visit in the UAE. The white sandy beach changed our vision of Abu Dhabi which we thought would be built up and not such a beautiful location.

The service was really good and were always smiling and cheerful. The meals were tasty and the complimentary buffet breakfast was awesome.
