From the start till the end the service from Raj P., the butler, was fantastic. He did a great job during our vacation because he was very courteous and friendly. Absolutly a five star service. We are leaving every night the buffet satisfied and with a smile.

My wife and I stayed at the St Regis for 6 nights in mid-September on a Half Board basis. Having previously stayed at the Jumeirah at Etihad Towers we arrived with high expectations and were not disappointed.

Despite arriving early in the morning we were able to gain access to our Sea view room which was warmly appreciated after the overnight flight to Abu Dhabi from London. The whole of the check in process was smoothly run as expected in a 5* hotel in Abu Dhabi.

The room was well appointed with a nice sea view up on the 34th floor, the room we had was a good size although having stayed at Raffles Dubai in April the room was significantly smaller in comparison. The room was light and airy which was nice as previously we have felt some of the rooms in other hotels in the region to be fairly dark.

The Butler service was fantastic and we utilised the ironing/pressing facility where you can get 2 items per day pressed. This was the first time we stayed anywhere where we were provided with direct access to the butler via What’s app which worked well when utilised.

The hotel has a predominate business feel which we found great as it meant the pool areas etc were not at all crowded.
The service in the Terrace restaurant was good and we felt that that the evening drinks package was good value for money for people who enjoy a drink. The evening meals were based around various theme meals (Seafood, Steak and Sushi, Wellington, Roast etc) the food was of a good standard with plenty of options.

The Pool service was generally good and in particular the enthusiasm and quality of service provided by Mr Cappuccino, it was noticeable in his absence that the service levels dipped somewhat. The pool area (Nation Riviera) was nice although may not be too everyone's as it is around 8-10 walk from the room levels via a underground tunnel. We actually found the walk nice and a good opportunity to walk off some of the buffet breakfast excess.

Our only complaint during our stay was the noise generated by the Hilton Hotel next door, the hotel had a guest function on with very very loud music until 3am which we felt was extremely inconsiderate of the Hilton hotel for both their own guests and St Regis Hotel.

Would not hesitate to stay again, on a par with the Etihad but at a lower rate.

I have stayed in many 5* hotels all over the world and this hotel really does have the wow factor when you arrive into the lobby. We stayed in the Junior suite which I couldn't ask anymore of. The service was top class from check in all the way through to pool service (especially Team Cappuccino- I hope that gets relayed to the team there.)
Will definitely be back

We have stayed a few times on the Corniche including at the Emirates Palace, I would say whilst the St Regis is not as opulent it is certainly as good. The grandeur is striking inside this modern building stunning reception and public areas. The facilities are excellent, ticks all the boxes in terms of physical needs. The staff are second to none in the world, our experience with everyone was excellent. The beach club team could not be more helpful and friendly in every respect, the guys are happy and it is infectious. Samson the pool waiter is a star, I have never met a happier individual working in any hotel. In short if you want Emirates Palace service for London Premier Inn pricing this is the place for you!
