We stayed here first few weeks in September. This hotel and staff are fantastic. We are still here and leave in few days but all has been great so far. They offer a taxi/bus service on a daily basis with set places they go to set drop off times and pick up times, this is a free service but with set times, days and places and definitely use this as ut4s great. The staff are very helpful.

The hotel when we were there was very quiet at points in felt like we were only one there but over passed few days has got busier.

The rooms are fantastic very big and air conditioning is fabby!! What you need in the blistering heat! Theres a shop at the back of hotel called eurostar cellar, sells alcohol if you want to get it cheap to take home! Lol

The staff in restaurant also are fantastic!! Theres a night club opening next week our room is right in front of it...its shaping up to be a great night club, there is also one at back of sports complex called Iris night club it's only open certains days certain times, the hotel can check this for you by calling ahead although this club isnt part of hotel its in the resort just not owned by hotel.

It's a perfect place to run away from everything and everyone. And almost everything in this place is old and creaky. Some rooms have a nice view and some are destined to a view of the bushes. They have a problem with ants. These ants are hungry and they bite. I couldn't sit down and drink my lemonade outside at all. The staff are nice though and helpful.

It's not a good place for the family at all although they have playground for children. They have weird and scary bugs all over the place so you need to be careful. Other than that this place is a good getaway for sure.

I am with my family now 21 July 2016
We reserved 3 rooms but one only was ready
We had to wait 40 minutes to get the other rooms
Then I found a dead bee in the room (photo attached)
Reception was bad as well
No body to take care of the luggage or of the car
Even no body was available to show us the room
Maintenance is going on and the painting tools and materials in the hall in front of the rooms ( very danger for the children.)
The rooms very old & furniture also old
It is not more two stars hotel.
My check out is tomorrow
We will see what will happen

Me and my friend stayed at the hotel last weekend for one night. It was a day off away from the heat and a chance to change the mood.
The hotel is very clean and neat, the staff are friendly and helpful. they are alert to your requests and ready to assist in any of your queries, the food was not bad, but the a la carte menu for the dinner was some how expensive. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much varieties but it's okay I guess.

The pool is very convenient and the location of the hotel is very good for people living in Dubai, not far and at the same time you feel like you skipped the crowd over the weekend for a change.

Stayed with my nephew last July 7 to 8, 2016 (room 711). Expectations were very high together with the feel and tranquility of Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi.

It has lots of potential to be a 5 star luxury hotel with much needed renovations, upgrades and service improvements.

Having been working in a hotel, my expectations was quite high. Even though I had some inconveniences, it was considered light and understandable.

We were not even assisted by concierge going to the room. There were traces of pests in the balcony of the room. Even though it looked like it was treated, they were not able to clean it and was very visible.

They close the pool early (7:00pm) and opens late (9:00am). You will not be able to have an evening or early morning swim because of the lifeguard's work timings.

Even though breakfast and dinner was paid during check in, their all day dining outlet staff members had no information whatsoever and we were even told that we had to be charged. I had to go to reception and verify that I have paid for dining. This happens twice. A very light inconvenience which is understandable but should be corrected to further improve their services.

The overnight stay, in general, was quite good. Especially the services of the lounge outlet. Alex of the hotel's lounge cafe was very good in providing excellent guest service.

Excellent facilities such as gym, sauna, sports complex, game room, and much more. The propert is just awesome.

Thank you for the time to write, sharing your observations and comments. We strive hard to provide our guests the most comfortable and memorable stay.

We are saddened to know that you were not able to experience what you expected from our hotel. July 6th to 8th marks a long weekend due to Eid Holiday, our concierge team is available all the time, if not, for sure they are assisting another guest at the time of your check in that would normally take a maximum of 10 minutes of waiting. About the Swimming pool, it is always available for use you just need to approach the reception for further information. While the life guards duty hours are from 8:00AM until 11:00 PM especially the date of your visit (official holiday).

Concerning meals package, every shift handling service colleagues in all of our outlets have the printed checklist of guest package inclusions.

However, please know that the issues you have raised have been addressed and appropriate actions have been taken. We thank you again for your feedback and sure that Alex’s efficiency is well acknowledged.
