Slow service. No smiles. After drinking a glass of beer, we noted that it was past its sell-by date. With the new bottle, we were served in fresh glasses, yet one glass had lipstick on it. The fish of the day said it came with boiled potatoes. We asked if possible to have fries instead, but were told it was not possible to break up the dish. We could order fries as a separate dish. Then with our special catch of the day, we each got half a small boiled potato and a slice of lemon. Given the prices, we felt ripped off. The fish was good, but the presentation and lack of accompaniments at those prices is unacceptable. And to top it off, the waiter asked where his tip was, even though service is included partially in the 'cubiertos'. Our last special meal in Punta left us a with a bad feeling. This was to us, one more example of quite average cuisine at exaggerated prices in Punta generally. Disappointed, as we love Punta.
