Stayed there for three nights. There are not many acceptable choices of modern lodging in walking distance of Bogota/La Candeliaria and the cable car to Monserrate. Reasonably priced and contemporarily equipped. You may experience some early morning hot water issue, but it is Colombia. There is no air conditioner, but it is Bogota and I am not sure you will ever need it. More then acceptable for short city stay.
