Remember to come with a group of people (at least 4 persons) as all the restaurant is organized around the concept of sharing food (large tables, big portions, extensive menu).
The menu follows the "nose to tail" concept, so you can try a lot of flavourful unexpected cuts roasted to perfection in their wood oven. Everything I tried is delicious, but I especially liked the "canilla de novillo". The side dishes use local ingredients in original ways and are also a must in order to balance the meal.
A unique dining experience, very recommended!
