Excellent excellent hotel. My wife and I stayed here for one night for a layover from Bogota airport. The hotel offers a very pleasant shuttle. You dont need to call or email them, just exit the baggage area and there will be a person with a GHL Capital clipboard with your information. They will arrange the shuttle to pick you up within 10 minutes.

The room is very nice and comfortable. They don't have central air, but they provide you with an LG portable air conditioner in the room. It is kinda loud, but my wife and I had no problem sleeping. Something probably no one would notice: there is a remote for the air conditioner on the back of the unit. I didn't discover that until we were leaving. There is a coffee maker in the room. Only downside is that they only put one coffee bag and one tea bag in the room. That needs to be increased that to two of each.

Wifi is super strong. Very efficient.

The bathroom is very nice and the shower is just amazing. Instant hot water, great pressure. There is a loud exhaust fan (good thing for...ya know...doing your duty).

Breakfast is included in the morning. As far as food goes, A+. Cereal, sliced cheese, sliced ham, bread, sliced fresh fruit, omelette station, caldo, preheated stuff (scrambled eggs, arepas, etc.) and more. Drinks, I'd give a C. The coffee is excellent, as it should be, but the juices are not fresh. Orange juice tasted like Tropicana. I mean it works and it wasn't BAD, but this is Colombia. Lots of cheap fruit on the street. Oh well. Gotta cut a corner somewhere I suppose?

The strangest part of our stay was the check-out time. Usually hotels will tell you 11, 12, 1 or 2 at the LATEST. GHL told us check-out was 6PM. Not that we were going to use it until that time as our flight was at 3PM, but that was brand new to me. Now, I must mention it was the day after Christmas, and the girl said the hotel was virtually empty. Usually early check-out times and very little wiggle room on said times is an indication of a full hotel.

A shuttle is provided back to the airport. It is every half hour on the half hour. Same vehicle that picked us up. Very pleasant.

The only real negative of this hotel are the taxis. My wife, who is Colombian, knows the deal with taxis here. The yellow ones are licensed officially in the city and give you proper taxi rates. Taxis provided by the hotels are of the "private" kind, white or green card. They charge double rates. We went to the MultiPlaza mall in the morning to run a couple errands. We asked the front desk for a taxi which was quickly provided to us in one of the private green cards. My wife was already worried about price since she knows these taxis are more expensive. Price to the mall 1 mile away was 15.000 COP. We were not taking that taxi back. We took the standard Bogota yellow taxi back and it was 6.900 COP, less than half the price. My recommendation for you is if you need to go anywhere while staying in this hotel, get the app EasyTaxi and book a yellow taxi for cheap.

I would definitely stay here again.

Good Location, Very comfortable room, Safe location. Excellent transportations. Great Shopping areas and big Malls. Close to the Airport. Great decorations of Holiday's. Access to different tourist places.

The service here was phenomenal! We were running late for the airport—I called ahead to see if they could have our luggage ready to pick up and maybe help us get a cab. The second we got there, the luggage was already packed in the cab and we were off in seconds! all other aspects of our stay was also very good, to the professional, multilingual staff, to the comfy pillows. Excellent!

The was nice! Have nice bed and bathroom. Hotel staff was helpful. The restaurant can improve. The hotel provides free rides to rhe airport and checks out at 6pm, which is very nice if you are in a business trip.

On check-out they wanted to bill me for a supposed beer of the mini-bar that I didn't drink, I didn't even opened the mini bar. Also, I was charged for local cellphone calls, when local calls are never billed in any other hotels, as my travel experience traveling world wide. On a last note, I was also billed for having a visit that left 30 minutes after because she was badly treated. I had a double room, paid in advance, but I was staying by myself as my roommate ordered anther double room because his wife also stayed at the hotel. So, I don't understand why I was billed for $31for having a visit, even if the visit stayed, it was a paid double room.At no point it is advised that visits and local calls were billed. The receptionist, white, dark hair women with glasses, was very rude, at the moment of the visit and at when I did the check out. For these unreasonable bills and attitude of the receptionist, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Agradecemos cada uno de los comentarios que ha dejado por su experiencia en el Hotel durante su estadía, de cierta forma entendemos la incomodidad que presento con el personal de la recepción. La verdad he verificado puntualmente el caso aun teniendo la explicación de las personas que le atendieron.
En el Hotel majemos varios procesos los cuales son hechos con el fin de facilitar la estancia de nuestros huéspedes, y otras con el fin de cumplir con ciertas reglamentaciones hechas para el tipo de establecimiento en el que estamos. Lamentablemente se presentaron varias irregularidades las cuales conllevaron a que su estadía se viera afectada, en compañía del Jefe del área de la recepción hemos tomado los correctivos a las acciones que vemos no fueron manejadas de forma correcta; por ello le ofrecemos excusas si en algún momento se vio perjudicado por ello.

Agradezco el tiempo que ha destinado para este tema, es importante para nosotros recibir la retroalimentacion ante lo sucedido.

Esperamos atenderlo nuevamente.
