“Bolivars lovers retreat”
Reviewed 16 March 2014

Very we'll appointed for its period. Nice grounds with tons of historical info! Bolivar appeared to be a player in his time! I'm a huge fan of The Liberator and personally rank him up there with one of my other favorite players Ben Franklin. It's worth a visit and the entrance fee is only a couple dollars

“A great little stop between monserate and strolling through candeleria”
Reviewed 11 January 2014

It was a interesting look at the life of Simon Bolivar. Many of the interpretive signs have English on them as well. The flowers and gardens were nice to explore as we don't have them in Canada.

“In the area, stop in”
Reviewed 30 December 2013

We stopped in to check out Simon Bolivar's house. It was fun to see it, but I wouldn't make a special trip to do it. We stopped in between walking down Monserrate and on our way to lunch.

“Quinta Bolivar”
Reviewed 25 November 2013

Great spot for a quick visit. Very interesting, lots of historical information and a beautiful garden. You could spend a lot of time here, but you can also just zip through. Very close to Monserrate for a fun addition to that trip.
