My experience was very bad. I was just one day.
I called from Germany in order to know the schedule and meeting at the airport with the shuttle, never the shuttle pick me up at the airport finally I raked a taxi.
The price that I paid by internet not was the price that I paid at the moment of my checkout . You need to add 30 euros more.
The staff not was friendly particularity Leonard is not nice guy.
Room and breakfast it’s ok but it’s not five stars hotel.
I’ll never come it.

They have made my stay in Bogota unbearable. Dirty bedding, AC blowing cold air all night, minibar locked, staff unable to speak English to take room service order. Absolutely worst experience. Very far from the 5* standard you get in Europe or US, I would give it 3* at most. Definitely avoid.

Perfect place to get much needed rest and work. The rooms are very spacious and quiet. You will sleep like a baby. The service is fantastic and you will be welcomed from the first moment. Was very happy to spend time here

Room tip: 10 floor rooms are very quiet

Stayed here for 4 nights while in Bogota. Had a very pleasant stay. Our room was large and nicely appointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have an on site restaurant with a diverse menu. Both the bar and the restaurant are on the main floor.
Order drinks at the bar and they are then delivered to wherever you are seated. There is a large casino next door, but noise was never a problem.

Wyndham Bogota Art is a good hotel in a great location. Very safe and secure. The only bad thing is the onsite restaurant food. It is bland with no flavor. Good thing is that there is a plaza with several restaurant on the 1st floor and very good options. Also within walking distance there is the Gran Estación (GE) Mall which boast plenty of good eating places
