This hotel has a very good location. Staff is very polite, friendly and very helpful. Customer service is really good here and the staff is always willing to help you in everything you need even to make a reservation for a restaurant. Location is a key on this hotel it is in the middle of Chapinero and it´s walking distance to the Andino Mall, groceries, restaurants and bars. Rooms are very clean and spacious definitely this is a very good hotel. If you are planing to go to Bogota this is a very good hotel to stay.

We stayed in 3 hotels in Bogota during our trip, each for 3 nights, and this was definitely the best. The format is "apart-hotel" and the suites are huge. We had the Batman suite (which the boys obviously loved) which included a bedroom for the parents, a double for the kids, sitting room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms plus an extra toilet! Breakfast buffet is very nice with freshly made waffles, omlettes etc. The staff were especially helpful (e.g Julian on the front desk) and they have off street parking should you need it. Only negatives were street noise (no doubling glazing which meant one of our rooms was noisy at night) and room service (which was so-so).

Room Tip: Avoid rooms that face onto the street (e.g. the -06 rooms)

Very nice suites, well furnished with modern and comfortable furniture. Fast internet with router in each room. Each suite is devoted to a celebrity. Have stayed at the Claudia Schiffer, the Angelina Jolie and the Lady Di. Extremely courteous people. They have their own cars for transportation form/to the airport and from/to your meetings. A bit more expensive than taxis, but safe, clean and comfortable cars. Well located, next to many restaurants, safe area, next to the J.W. Marriott *over $450/night as compared to about $200). The only minor drawback is that is across the most exclusive school in the country and when they have recess or band practice, during the day, it can be noisy. In the evening is quiet,

This was a great boutique hotel with suites for rooms. Would be perfect for extended stay business travelers, but we also enjoyed it even though we were on vacation and stayed for only three nights. The location is safe and near restaurants and the Zona Rosa. The staff were pleasant and breakfast was very good. As for the extra charges noted in other reviews - we made sure to check and there were no excess charges that shouldn't have been there. Would definitely recommend.

I would suggest to change room every day of the staying to have the opportunity to sleem in different environments evey time. Architects have done an excellent job, as you can see from some photos. I have personally be in the Beatles double suite and in the BB - Brigitte Bardot room. Both very nice.
Only pity are showers: too small and hot water takes some time to come; but are very minor points.
Prices are ok.

Room Tip: Change as frequently as possible room.....

Spencer a week at the hotel. The staff was great, the room included a kitchen and a living room. Breakfast was also great. Location is superb, both if you are on business or if you are just visiting the city. Would definitely recommend it
